Très déçue par mon expérience. Il y a eu une erreur sur ma commande, qui venait clairement de leur part, mais aucun geste commercial ni remboursement n’a été proposé. On m’a même demandé de repayer 50 % du prix de l’article pour corriger leur erreur. Service client vraiment décevant et pas du tout à la hauteur de mes attentes.

I firstly received my bracelet in time but was delivered to the wrong address even though I had confirmed the correct address

secondly i had to return the item as it was the wrong size which took forever for them to exchange it to the correct size and then when it eventually did arrive it was completely the wrong bracelet

I am really angry that this has happened and I am now being asked to return it yet again - this was a present for my husband for 4th may

The lack of communication is horrendous and they do not come back for days after several emails

Also noone answers their phone number in the netherlands

Lets hope I receive the correct bracelet this time round however i am expecting to take a long time like it did the last time

Great men’s bracelet, I am extremely happy with the quality and look. Little bit of an issue as the first one I wanted was out of stock but was offered a similar bracelet that was more expensive at the same price of the original. Great customer service when I explained I needed it by a specific date.

I first made contact using the live chat option with a query regarding sizing, I was advised what size I would need and went on to order, I also engraved the ring as it was for an anniversary. The ring was shipped the next day but I also received an email out of the blue from Irena explaining that the initial information I had been given about sizing was actually incorrect and they were arranging to make me a custom size ring with expedited shipping due to the anniversary being in 1 months time, no need to return the 1st order which I thought was excellent customer service. Anyway the ring arrived today and actually fits perfectly so I contacted Irena to explain the custom order would not be needed but to thank her for the brilliant service. The personalised gift packaging is also a very nice touch and makes it just that extra bit special for our silver wedding anniversary.

I purchased 2 bracelets from NineTwoFive - the quality is excellent, looks just like what is on the site, and comes in a beautiful box with an authenticity card. Everything was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. Great experience all around.

I made a mistake with the size for my bracelet and had also (rather stupidly) asked for a personalised engraving.

This made returning it problematic however I am very happy with how the company dealt with everything.

De armband heb ik beschadigd ontvangen. Het lijkt alsof er een schuurpapier langs is gegaan. Support biedt een tegoedbod van €25 aan, waarvan ik natuurlijk niets kan kopen in de shop. Ik heb een prachtige armband gekocht met een flink prijskaartje er aan om cadeau te doen. Ik verwacht dan dat ik de armband in goede orde ontvang, en zo niet, dat de armband netjes voor me gepolijst wordt. Ik begrijp dat het handwerk is, maar dit is een slordigheidsfout.

Qualité du produit pas bonne; le bracelet est sale, la finition est très mauvaise, on dirait que le bracelet à deja 10 ans. on ne veut pas me le reprendre et j'attends toujours un retour de l'equipe SAV afin de le reprendre afin de le rendre neuf.. je suis extrement déçu

The quality, packaging and speed of delivery was brilliant. My only down side was, as I have skinny fingers the xxs ring wouldn’t fit my little finger as intended, but looks great on my ring finger!! Maybe add an xxxs size for us skinny guys. 👍👍

​I am writing to urgently follow up on an exchange request I submitted over a week ago.
​When I received my ring, I noticed that the stone has several holes and scratches. I immediately contacted your support team and was instructed to process an exchange through your website, which I promptly did.
​Your automated email and website explicitly stated: "Please allow us 1-2 working days to approve your request." It has now been over seven days, and I have yet to receive any update or approval.
​To be frank, I find this delay unacceptable. Given the premium price point of this item, I expected a flawless product, or at the very least, a swift and seamless resolution for a defective one. The current level of service is highly disappointing.
