Customer Service

Unfortunately one of the products that I ordered was unavailable and Gina & Zoe both handled this issue with total professionalism and are returning my monies. Same time the Saffron i ordered got to me as stated when I purchased the product. Overall excellent communication & service. Thank you.

NineLife has now contacted me by email, and I am waiting for them to resolve the issue.

To be fair, the company responded while my Trustpilot review was still pending publication. I will update this review again once the matter has been fully resolved.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with NineLife.

I ordered a 4.4 lb Vitargo product but instead received a 1 lb version. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company responds. Unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever.

I contacted the company by email, submitted a callback request, and sent enquiries on 3 August and 4 August, yet I have not received any acknowledgement or reply.

What concerns me even more is that, after reading other Trustpilot reviews, I noticed that several customers report experiencing similar communication issues. My own experience appears to reflect that pattern, which is why I decided to leave this review without waiting any longer.

At this point, I have paid for a product that was not delivered as ordered, and the company has simply ignored every attempt I have made to resolve the issue.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to initiate a chargeback through Mastercard to recover the amount paid.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend NineLife. If customer service is important to you, I would strongly suggest buying from a retailer that responds to customers and takes responsibility when something goes wrong.

P.S. This review was drafted with AI because after being sent the wrong product and having my emails and callback requests ignored, I didn't think NineLife deserved any more of my time than they gave me.

Well I’m very pleased with the product…

Well I’m very pleased with the product as it’s very difficult to buy here in the UK but I hadn’t realised it was coming from America so it took longer than I’d expected to arrive but far play , it was dispatched straight after ordering so thanks

Replacement part provided that was otherwise unavailable. Arrived in Reasonable time from USA. £100 for a replacement wheel is quite pricey - but if the wheel had not been replaced then my knee scooter would have been useless to me
