I like their range of products and the…

I like their range of products and the overall service was good. However my package got redirected multiple times, and I never found it very clear on the purchasing process that I'd be waiting for delivery for weeks. In fact I think it said it was shipped form the UK when actually it came from USA.

So good but could be clearer on that

Custom Duties

Fast delivery. However, I had to pay the custom duty in cash to DHL. I am going to look for a source of this product that includes the custom duties in the purchase price

Horrible experience

The service is terrible, do NOT shop with this company, you will be disappointed. I received a damaged product and was denied a return, refund, or replacement.

I was told I could not cancel the order…

My order was so slow but I was told I could not cancel it. It took 23 days to arrive to my address in Australia which is incredibly slow. Upon further research the price was very high. I was offered a 10% discount even when chased it has not been received. Will not be using them again. Their name is NineLife Australia but they ship from the US and the Australian contact number provided had no one available during Australian business hours. Are they present in Australia? Even the recording had an American accent. Is this legal to imply they are Australian based presumably so people here think shipments will be faster.
