Good Srervice

I would not recommend NineLife based on…

I would not recommend NineLife based on my experience.

The product I received arrived damaged and, because of the damage, could not be assembled properly in accordance with the supplied instructions. I contacted NineLife and provided information about the problem, expecting a straightforward refund for goods that arrived damaged and unusable.

Instead, I have had to repeatedly contact the company and explain the same issue, while my request for a refund has not been resolved. I should not have to continue going back and forth over a product that was damaged when it arrived and cannot be properly assembled or used as intended.

My experience has been extremely frustrating. The product quality was disappointing, but the way the matter has been handled after I reported the damage has made the situation significantly worse.

I have now lodged a formal complaint with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading and have advised NineLife that, if the matter remains unresolved, I will consider further steps available to me.

Customers should be able to expect goods to arrive in usable condition and, when something arrives damaged, they should not have to fight repeatedly for an appropriate remedy.

Based on the damaged product I received and my experience trying to obtain a refund, I would not purchase from NineLife again.

Long return times

I had been trying to return a Picc line sleeve for two weeks as it didn’t fit over my Picc line. It is was a simple return. The product had not been used. I had to submit photos for review and explained why it won’t work. I was told to keep the product and offered 15% refund! Before they finally gave me a full refund and said the keep the product, which I can never use and was completely happy to return. Works needs to be done on their process of returns. It was really time consuming and I was in hospital at the time so really didn’t need it to be so hard
