Customer service: prompt but ineffectual
Shipping: took almost double what was promised
Would be good if they could send the products I paid for but so far nothing.

Took one star off bc unit was broken

Took one star off bc the unit didn’t work but the team was so amazing from start to finish and shipping was reasonable. They also resolved the issue with the broken unit right away. Will continue to shop with Ninelife moving forward.

It was your website was easy to…

It was your website was easy to navigate. Delivery of the product took longer than I expected. I truly hope it will kill crabgrass. Also I feel that you should offer larger volume bottles or containers, which might give a better price per ml. or offer a discount on more units. So if you buy one at regular price than you get a discount on every other bottle. The more you buy the more you save.

Good experience with a small drawback

It was easy to order and I was satisfied with the communication, your prompt reply. However, I was disappointed that there was no reference on your site of the origin of the shipment. It was already on the way when I found out that the product would be a subject to customs duty. In your reply you said that every cost had been taken care of but at the end I had to pay about $10. No big deal, I would have ordered it anyway, just a little unpleasant surprise. I recommand you to show this possibility on your website in the future.
