Very disappointed with niimbot

Very disappointed with niimbot. Since I bought the B101, I've never been able to sign up for the app's vip plan, to have full access without restrictions, it always gives me an error. I contacted them by email and they simply told me to wait and never got back to me. They could have cared more about my situation, generated an external charge, or even a courtesy, if they really cared about the customer who opted for their brand. After all, it's your app's mistake, not mine. In short, disappointed.

I'm having a bad experience with a Fifine product.

I'm having a bad experience with a fifine product that has failed and the brand is not giving me any support. Less than a month of purchase and the product was defective. In the ad the brand says they give a 1 year warranty, but it doesn't deliver as promised. I do not recommend.

Sorry for the poor experience and the late reply after almost three years. Assuming that you got the product from AliExpress because of the location, have you contacted our official store front? By the way, because of the issue on the platform, it's better to make sure the purchase is from the AliExpress FIFINE Official Store. Otherwise, it's quite likely that you won't get any response. Or have you tried contacting our support email at web@fifine.cc

As for the warranty, we definitely follow the policy. But the terms may vary depending on the sellers that you're getting from. So again, it's always good to confirm whether it's the official seller before checking out.

Rakuten disappears with our cashback.

I am impressed by the bad intentions of this company. I tried to share my disney + link, I got several subscribers and a good cashback value, I have emails and proof prints. The company simply disappeared with all my cashback value for no reason. They said they were going to analyze the reason for my missing cashback and never gave me a return. Definitely don't trust rakuten's cashback, total deception.

Remembering that I didn't break any rules. I shared the link on my social networks and among friends. There is no reason for what they did. They use our effort and dedication to earn money and then they add up with our contribution. Mercenary and shameful act.

Empresa abusa de má fé e não devolve dinheiro.

Comprei na centauro no meio do ano, nunca me entregaram e sempre era por um motivo diferente, até carga extraviada já justificaram, enfim, solicitei o estorno do valor pago e adivinha, nunca estornaram. Não se enganem pelo nome grande e conhecido. A empresa não responde as reclamações dos clientes e nem permite mais que comentem no instagram deles, porque será? Enfim, não comprem na centauro.

In addition to charging your card without authorization, they do not refund the purchase, and they still lie here on trustpilot saying it will resolve and show no sign of interest. Until today I expect a return email from "Valerie Evans" and nothing. Worst VPN company on the market. I will insist until I get the refund that is my right.

Irresponsible and lying company

Irresponsible and lying company. I paid for the 7-day trial service and had no interest in renewing the subscription for a year, yet the charge was made without notice on my credit card. I am trying in several ways to make the refund since there is not even 24 hours that was charged to my card and the company is putting a thousand difficulties to solve. Using and abusing irresponsible conduct because on the website it is very clear that the customer is entitled to a refund for 30 days. I'm talking about 24 hours and I couldn't do it. I'm posting this information on the company's social networks, don't subscribe, the company doesn't take responsibility for what it offers.
