Terrible! Do not use
Promised to be posted within 2 days. Wasnt posted until well over a week later. Refused to answer any emails. Didn't arrive in time for christmas.

Quality product of a face tea towel
Quality product of a face tea towel. Loved by the receiver. Would have been 5 stars but took along time to arrive. However very forgivable at Christmas. Would buy from again.

The quality is absolutely horrendous!
They look like something you would pick up in a market for £2.99 and they have the cheek to be charging £35 for these?
Yes, I get the fact that they have to get them printed but "just no way!
Plus they sent me the wrong size (even though they said they would send out the right size).
I can't even give them to my partner as a Xmas present anyway. I would feel too embarrassed.
Not to my standards at all!

Frame is visible around the head of the animal
Extremely poor response to my request for a refund/replacement item. A positioning frame is shown around the face of the animal which is clearly visible on the printed item. I have asked for a replacement, and keep being asked for photographic proof, which has already been provided twice.

Avoid!!
Ordered a personalised Christmas jumper.
The material is terrible and cheap!!!
Then to cap it all they sent the wrong size!
2 weeks worth of promises to send out the right size and now getting ignored.
Have instructed my card company to try get my money back.
