As you know, we stayed in close contact throughout and issued a full refund as soon as it was clear the parcel could not be located. Unfortunately, there was a discrepancy on the courier's side which was beyond our control, but we did everything we could to make things right from our end. I order 3 different pairs of earrings
I order 3 different pairs of earrings. The first two came in and were in perfect condition (5 stars) and so beautiful. The last pair while lovely, came in with a bent earring post and not attached to the earring holder. Almost like they were just thrown in the box. Hopefully this was just a one time deal.
