Il y avait une petite erreur sur la commande donc j'ai eu des échanges avec le service client qui a été très réactif et a solutionné le problème très rapidement.
C'est ma première commande, les chaussures ont l'air de très bonne qualité et confortables.

SAV pas réactif et négligent, baisse de qualité au fil des années
SAV pas réactif et négligence, je n'ai pas reçu de confirmation de commande ni de colis après 2 semaines, plusieurs tentatives ensuite de contacter le SAV qui m'a répondu après 3 relances. J'ai bien donné l'adresse d'envoi quand j'ai commandé et aussi dans le mail répondu au SAV MAIS je ne sais pas pour quel miracle le colis a été envoyé à mon ancienne adresse...Vu le galère d'avoir un retour du SAV, j'ai dû m'organiser en conséquence et aller le récupérer.
Je suis sa cliente fidèle depuis 2018, 1er pair durait 3ans, 2ème pair 2ans, le 3ème pair à peine 1an. Celle-ci est ma 4è commande avec le nouveau modèle (Ho Tay Classique Green) en cuir dont la matière est super dure à porter et me faire super mal sur le devant et jusqu'à ce de me faire saigner carrément. Je suis très déçue de cette dernière expérience avec NGO !!!

Merci beaucoup pour ton avis. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre cette mauvaise expérience. Notre SAV a en effet pris du temps à te répondre suite à une hausse des demandes clients. Nous nous excusons pour ce délai de réponse exceptionnel.
Nous prenons la responsabilité de l'erreur d'envoi de ta paire à ton ancienne adresse. Une erreur a été commise au moment de la saisie logistique de ta commande.
Ton colis a été réceptionné à notre entrepôt. Notre SAV t'a contacté pour voir ce que tu souhaites faire. Il est disponible pour résoudre ton problème et nous pourrons te faire un geste commercial pour ne pas te faire plus attendre.
Nous te remercions pour ta compréhension et ta confiance.

Las mejores ! El precio y la calidad del producto es excelente.
Las zapatillas son súper confortables y el diseño muy original. Yo compré el modelo Saigon Classique hace 2 años y las zapatillas están aún como nuevas.

N’Go shoes are absolutely great. The design, comfort and price, definitely 10/10. I like the different patterns because you can match them to different outfits and occacions. Work, party or leisure doesn’t matter. High recommendation for their shoes.

The shoes you have to had
I am a regular customer of ngo shoes.
I really like the project, the design but the most important for me is the comfort of the shoes.
I know I can walk hours with them without any problem.
It makes the difference

Supporting education in Vietnam
I own 3 pairs of Ngo shoes, and I absolutely love them! They're comfortable and super cute, I wear them to the office, on trips... I really like the brand in general. I identify with their values, and I trust that I'm not only wearing things that I like, but that with each purchase, I'm also supporting education in Vietnam.

Commande jamais arrivée
Commande passée le 30 mai qui n'est jamais arrivée. Envoi de 2 mails au SAV qui n'ont pas donné de réponses, absence de ligne téléphonique pour les contacter tout se fait par mail et ils ne répondent pas.
Je n'ai pas non plus reçu de facture de ma commande ce qui semble en lisant les commentaires assez récurrents.
