I spoke with Joann J today, in the Customer Care Center. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She showed empathy when I spoke of my Mom’s (the annuitant) failing health and tons of patience with helping me understand all the forms I need to fill out. She helped me immensely. She’s an asset to your company!!
