Newlyn PLC Arvostelua 

So our car was clamped earlier today this morning when I discovered it was clamped it was around 1 o'clock I made a payment to the agent, he messaged and said that the clamp would be removed this evening I've heard nothing further from them, i've called a message to him several times and he hasn't even have the decency to let me know what's going on, it's now 1230 in the next day, not even a message from the agent this is an appalling company and I'm very shocked to know that the council are using these companies that have no ethics what so ever, it seems as soon as they receive payment they haven't bothered to make any further contact with us in regards to removal of their property.we have children and we are absolutely stranded even though we made payment as soon as we discovered it.

Recently I had to request an extension to a payment plan. When I called in, I heard the recorded message had changed to include 'speak to one of our friendly agents'. I was really sceptical about an agent being friendly, but when I spoke to him I was incredibly impressed. His name was Dominic I believe. I asked for a 1 week extension and after explaining my circumstances, he offered me an extension to the end of the month which was almost 3 weeks. I called on the 10th May 2024.

You people disgust me to the core!! How many other peoples deaths you got on your hands!! Dirty stinking scumbags!! Baliff’s are the lowest of the low !!! Karma will come to each and everyone of you at this firm!! RIP JEROME ❤️

I am a full time student and I have already provided my local council with a student letter that took me up to the end of last year. I explained this to your agents that called me and told them that I have an extension on my course and am still currently a full time student. I have been trying to contact the council as advised by email and phone, but all I have got since then is a barrage of threatening texts about taking my good when I don’t owe any money. Why not put a stop on the account while I get the letter?

Absolutely disgusting..I've just watched the BBC iPlayer about Jerome and you all have blood on your hands. You caused his death.

Vile. Useless rude, unhelpful, uncommunicative…. Basically send you threatening letters and then bully you into paying after the send someone round how leaves a letter saying call this number or I’ll come round and take belongings and then charge you for more. This company is disgusting and after reading other reviews clearly they take no one’s circumstances into consideration! I paid my outrageous bill in panic because I genuinely thought someone was coming to take my possessions for an amount I’m not sure how they worked out. I couldn’t call anyone because it was a Sunday. Then when I got through to someone they told me there was nothing I could do because in paying the amount I had admitted liability and I could not contest the charge. The smug sounding guy at newly sounded like he really enjoyed the fact I had done this and there was nothing I could do.

The lady I spoke to on the phone regarding 3 accounts for council tax. Tried explaining I've been made redundant from my job and my ex partner was meant to be sorting the debts but due to domestic violence and a injunction in place he ignored it leaving me with the debts the very rude lady I spoke to wanted the full amounts or ballifs would be out taking goods. Not interested in peoples situations at all and just bullies. Do they not realise the cost of living absolute disgusting the company is.

Very rude. Zero common sense and complete lack of
of understanding. They came and clamped my 80 year old Mothers vehicle for a Council Tax discrepancy in my name. I sent Mr Alexander documentation while he was on annual leave because Attiq from the Newlyn office suggested I do, which he didn't bother to read and instead decided to clamp the vehicle at 7.30am on his first day back to work and then goes on to say he did not receive any messages from me.

He caused too much mental distress to my 80 year old parents.

I wish to this company the worst of the worst every single one who working in this company,because you are liars,you suppose that send me letters but you never do,just send some idiot to lock my car.I am very hard worker in my life and never did something against the law,I wish all the money you collected from me witch I make very hard because not everyone is drag dealers or thieves like you,you disgusting people I wish all my money to use to doctors and I will pray to god for this.

Don't want to know about your financial situation. When you explain , they use threatening and intimidating messages / phone calls / letters . There's no reasoning with these people. They're conditioned to not care. When you explain about ill health, triggers to MH they don't give two hoots. Soulless individuals

These people need reporting to the FOS
They have just clamped a car that is still under a finance agreement and pressured the partner to pay over £400 to release the clamp, even though she needs the car for her employment. The car is not owned until the finance is cleared even tried to give them the proof refused and thought it would be nice to swear at my partner true professionals

Seems Newlyn have not been registered has a collection company since 2011 one of there so called employers attend my home address while I was at work .I am a fraud investigater for a .gov fraud office they claim I owed council tax for an address have not lived at. date they gave I owed the tax from I was in Afghanistan with the army .there response to this information was to put me on hold for 15 mins then hang up. My response was to issue a active criminal fraud case number against Newlyn and its company directors. With a view to Newlyn business been seized and arrests made for offences under the 2006/7 the same goes for there cilent there for has from 2 30pm 29/1/24 the business known has Newlyn and principle officers are legally and lawfully registered in the national fraud data base a fraudsters the same also applies to a Mr bicford dent on of there so called enforcement employees. There cilent north east Lincolnshire Council also fall under the fraud criminal case file. further background checks carried out show Newlyn plc are not registered with the fca as they claim there so called fca number belongs to a closed business .that's another fraud offence
