Never received any prior letter stating they was going to be visiting. Just clamped my car ( some really overweight unhealthy individual, threatening to lay his hand on me if I sat in my car) THAT would provoke self defence ! .. The world has gone totally corrupt. Newlyn , absolutely no morals, sunk to the most depraved depths of the sewer , so they can extort money on behalf of Coventry city council , who change the goal posts daily regarding where you can park. Ffs I pay Road tax for that , so how is me parking for five minutes outside a shop , a contravention . Well this time I’m ready for you pond life . I’ve also highlighted the shannaigans of this company and council to MPs /house of lords and the media, including independent who will now be supporting me . It’s all about money and these are dirty, evil greedy pigs . The cameras positioned in strategic areas to spy on you parking your f in car .. need to be chopped down just like the ulez. They are nothing more than a revenue collection. I work hard to live and I am not giving these pond life any more of my hard earned cash. Especially after reading the dirty tricks of Liverpool city council employees , who were getting away without paying their own parking charges. The system is corrupt and I challenge anyone in here to join me in fighting these criminals. Do NOT pay this extortion racket money .

Worst of all don’t know the difference between black&White been sending out threatening letters,messages to the wrong individuals of my family yet don’t have the rights to contact me or my family over anything YET the Bullies never get the message and the worst part of it all is that the local councils are using this company are the worst clowns! Have reported this company to Trading Standards & BBC watch dogs.

Genuinely the worst company I’ve ever come across, and unfortunately I deal with a few similar companies. How do you sleep at night.

This company don’t send you previous letters they just turn up put letter on your car with out even knocking instead they like to inconvenience you clamp car and lie when you question why they havnt sent previous letter ,havnt knocked first and even try and lie to to try and make you pay over the phone instead of face to face payment mr hoyal was the incompetent one in my case they don’t care that it’s registered to disabled person either

The letter was received way too late (for Parking tickets). Bullied to pay more than half of the money despite my financial situation. No affordability questions, no possible payment arrangements. After a dispute we came to a plan to split into two payments. When I was ready to make my second payment I saw they put 2 more new cases and want the money NOW! Again no letter, call, text or email... How I am supposed to know you added new cases to the account and from where they came after all?!? I even haven't seen half of those Parking Tickets and neither got letters from council or you!!!

Received a text message today from a Mr Williams saying if I didn’t pay the outstanding balance of £11:08p for a Council Tax plus a extra £110 if my vehicle was clamped or my goods removed, bear in mind I no long live in the property and haven’t done so for the last 15 months. I replied to the text message and said it was an error on my part and I would pay the £11 when I got home from work, I also told Mr Williams I no longer lived at the property Mr Williams replied saying ‘Your Point Been’ and he will give it till 7:30pm tonight, I then received another text message from Mr Williams say my goods would be removed at 5:40pm this evening. I replied say who’s goods anre actually where getting removed from a property I know longer lived in???? Surprise Surprise no reply from Mr Williams answering the question. So if you read this Mr Williams and want to try and intimidate me I suggest you bring a couple of your friends with you because you will certainly need them……oh I forgot you only have to address of my previous address don’t you just like I told your colleague when I set up a payment plan to pay of the arrears. So how come they didn’t pass that information on to you

Literally the worst people you will ever talk to. No understanding, always lying and just damn right nasty and rude. There is no talking to them. They don’t want to help at all or listen to you. Honestly the worst company or people I have ever dealt with. They have no compassion, no empath. Honestly just horrible people.

Tried to threaten me and bully me into making payments. I contacted them to explain there must be an error and the next day they increased the debt to £500 plus! even tried to explain the situation and was cut off being told we don’t care you still have to pay. It’s funny because the case has been removed from them after complaining to higher authorities and no I don’t need to pay them a dime. Don’t listen to the grubby thieves. Know your rights

they are so low level people it's unbelievable. sent me a letter with a time frame to settle a debt then when I called they tried to tell me that im out of a time frame and no negotiations will take place. take those id io ts to court. little man company.

MAFIA COMPANY, chase payment for something never received since royal mail fail delivery to us since post men are bunch of incompetent !! they charge us 500£ fee for something we dont even know since post with communication of the charge has never received

Absolutely horrible people, over a couple of parking fines. Ridiculous. All of them on a massive power trip. Don't care about your circumstances, tried to explain my financial situation and the fact I'm with Stepchange and they don't even give an ounce of empathy, just reply with 'so how are you paying this?' - Need some customer service/empathy training ASAP. Such a general lack of any manners, empathy or regard and all these reviews speak for themselves. The stress and worry I am now being subjected to because they would not accept my offer of payment is unmatched and they should be disgusted with themselves.

talking to them I'll mannered I phoned them up twice... in a week to make a payment arrangements... they say ask friends or family for money... disgusting people no manners... just left me more depression and anxiety... I ask to talk to someone higher like a supervisor or management...no way forward.. straight down that pit where I started... my birthday tomorrow as well... drained the life out of me even before they picked up the phone...with their fake names... and got each other's back...HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME TOMORROW...KARMA...

What can I say ! Rudest people I have spoken to in a long time . All over a parking ticket £270 because I was away for 5 months and didn’t know about it ! so I called to ask what the situation is and I was told pay the full amount or they will call round & enforce the order. I paid online because I couldn’t speak to rube people again . I’m lucky I can afford it but I feel for the people who can’t & it’s our own local councils giving these people the work to pressure people who are already under pressure with theses ridiculous fees . I personally think it’s a form of extortion. If someone can’t afford to pay then give them a payment arrangement! I asked NEWLYN about this and they point blank refused & said we will see you on the 18th which would mean another fee of £230 which is really what they are looking for because at the first stage of enforcement they only get £70 . That’s the reason the won’t do arrangements over the phone the want to attend to make the £230 meaning I would then have been liable for £500 all for a parking ticket for £60 . Real low life’s

I write this letter of complaint to advise you that although your company was instructed to enforce an order against me, I was extremely unhappy with the way the bailiff dealt with my case and I feel compelled to raise a formal complaint.

I appreciate that I do not need to be present when the enforcement agent attends, but I was concerned to see the agent enter a private gated car park. To issue the immobilisation notice, he forced the locked gate open which caused damage.

In addition to this, when I was contacted by the agent, I was informed that my vehicle had been clamped and would be towed away if payment was not made immediately.
At no point did the agent give me an opportunity to negotiate a payment plan or give me the option to meet him at the site to pay him in person. I had no choice and felt very under pressure to make the payment online.

I am currently waiting for an agent to release my vehicle. I was told this would be done within an hour, but no one has arrived.


Please investigate my concerns fully:

The agent breaking and entering a privately gated car park, causing damage.
The agent insisting on immediate payment without explaining or allowing me to explore other options.
The agent refusing to meet me at the site so payment can be made.
The agent acting in an intimidating manner, if payment was not made immediately, he threatened to tow my vehicle.
I look forward to receiving a detailed reply to my complaint.

Get your harbour in order… an absolute disgrace the way harbour master treats visitors! Not the slightest interest in trying to help. Called few days urgently in need of fuel…we wanted advice where we can buy diesel and transport it to the harbour… he more or less told to F off! and try Penzance! An absolute disgrace!!

If I could offer minus stars, I would. Reading so many negative reviews with the same experience as myself and my small family, it’s overwhelming to say the least knowing that we are not alone.

The way this company treats people is inhumane. It’s almost tore my relationship apart with a newborn and again now my son is nearly 1.

In our old property, we fell behind on council tax payments and when we moved we set up a payment plan of £25 a month, I was on maternity leave whilst my partner was working 60+ hours a week to make ends meet. I was made Redundant with no Statutory Redundancy Pay whilst taking care of a new baby as a first time mum and my partner was never home - sop story over.

Three days after I had had my son in my old house, we were threatened with bailiffs after not missing a single payment. THREE DAYS. I was in the hospital for two after he was born and the day I get home with a fresh baby I am threatened with bailiff's.

We called. We were told “I don’t care you failed to make ONE PAYMENT” (we didn’t) (we have a direct debit) NOPE… YOU HAVE TO PAY US £100 A MONTH OR ELSE… And so we agreed…

The first of every month, £100 comes out of our account on the same day at the same time as agreed yet EVERY MONTH we get the same letter SETTLE OR YOU WILL HAVE A DEFAULT AND BAILIFFS.

As someone who works in financial services and someone who checks their bank, money in and out and overall balance as though it’s the bible, this is absolutely disgraceful.

I’ve read reviews on here of people who have killed themselves, people who have had their race thrown in their faces, I myself have had my gender belittled by this company and the fact of the matter is, how is this company allowed to do this and how do they get away with this? Loss of life, racism and sexism and majority haven’t missed a bill, you just want to take more and more money off of us. How do you think we fell short on payments in the first place?

I genuinely look at this company and worry about the world I’ve brought my son into. There is no amount of training that allows you to treat normal people trying to make it through life in such a manner that makes them want to end theirs.

How do you sleep at night? Do you have a family? Do you put food on the table and feed your children? I’d be ashamed if it was me putting the food on table for your children because the money that paid for it, that paid your wages, it’s tainted with thousands of people’s mental heath, suicides, divorces and it’s leaving so many other families, like my own with only their children being able to eat.

Disgusting.

Tried to take £340 from my account from a stolen card. Scammer

If you are a full time student, don't pay anything to them. Especially if you are from overseas, they think it's easier to bully a foreigner. Call your local council tax recovery dep. and sort everything out. You don't need to pay. You have an exemption. These people will try to pressure you - don't give in. I was asked to pay 1300 pounds but it turns out I owe nothing. If you pay it means you accept liability to the company and you won't be seeing that money back no matter what.
