withholding customer money !!!
this is the company has been holding my refund on my JL partnership card ( over £200) for more than 10 working days, after numerous calls ( totally 2 hours ) to the customer services team/ fraud team/ complaint dept, nothing has been done ! The company has got so many complaints to resolve and requires 8 weeks to come back to the customer, not to mention this is the company likes to use the letter to "speed things up ", refused to use the email for communication by citing " due to the security reasons "! In the meantime, the company is more than happy to send the random emails out to the customers for various purposes. By reading the previous comments, Andy is the one from the company does read the comments now and then, but failed to do anything useful part from citing how the company is pride of itself for ripping off the customer ( sorry, I am not concerning the extraordinary high interest rates the company is charging on the credit card , but on the facts it withholding customer fund by refusing to allocate the refund back to customer account !) . Truly disgusting and unacceptable , no doubt I will have no hesitation to refer the company to Financial Ombudsman Service!

Marbles - response not listening
When I first got my Marbles card, the APR was 30.9%. It has now been upped to a 42% APR - despite my credit reporting improving and Marbles giving me credit limit increases - to which I don’t understand, nor justify a 12% increase in my standard APR.
***in response to Marbles answer to me, where they say interest is subject to BoE interest rates. This does not represent hiking my interest rate by 12%. I have another card that I got around the same time as Marbles, and due to good management over the years (like with my Marbles card) have gradually REDUCED my interest rate by 8%.

Interest rates on our accounts are linked to the Bank of England Base Rate, so you may see changes to your rate due to changes in the base rate. If the Bank of England Base Rate changes, we will change our standard interest rates by the same amount (disregarding any changes to the Bank of England Base Rate below 0%) within seven working days and we will let you know the new rate on the next statement we send you. You can see the current base rate at bankofengland.co.uk.
If the interest rate on your account is increased for any other reason, we will provide at least 60 days notice of the change to allow you the opportunity to opt out by closing your account. You can then repay any outstanding balance at your current interest rates, which will still be linked to the Bank of England Base Rate, but you will not longer be able to use your card.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Needlessly complex, bureaucratic and unhelpful. Over a 1 year IFC loan multiple emails were sent. Autorenewed an AO Membership that was not wanted. On trying to cancel advised annual statement will be generated every year anyway. Once hooks are in its very hard to escape.

Absolute stinking customer service.
Total harassment from these vultures. We have spoken in the past and agreed to communicate via email due to my personal issues. 8:45 on a Saturday morning, I get woken up by them asking a million questions. I explained our agreement to use email. 2 further times they phoned before 9 am. Absolutely horrible company. Avoid them at all costs.

Newday probably the worse company in the world !!
Newday ltd has to be probably the worse company i have dealt with , on my aqua card i had a credit limit of 900 pound and they cut it down to 250 because i had a late payment in june because i paid a day late due to a banking problem (when i rang them they apologised and refunded the late fee and assured me it wouldnt affect my limit) they lied and it was reduced , so i made a complaint to get it restored and within 2 days they told me theres nothing they can do and icouldnt esculate my complaint any further so isaid right im going to pay my balance of 67.98 and close my account ive already cut up my aqua card up so i cant use it , Plz dont use this company they dont listen or care they just stick to there script I will get a generic message thats computer generated telling me they understand and to ring them and if i did get the same crap when it goes wrong they dont wanna know or care .AVOID AVOID AVOID , SO BE WARNED

Well worth a go
The interest rate is on the high side but it's still a good card. Sometimes life throws you curve balls and it's great to have a card to use. I've had this card for quite a while now and satisfied with it

Just a bait & switch company
Just a bait & switch company. Offer limit increases then take them away within seconds of notification that been offered. Trying to speak to a human being is impossible with everything being forced to chatbots/AI.
Opening an account with them is easy as well as managing account in the app, but if you ever need to speak to a human being, good luck.
