I received my order with no returns…
I received my order with no returns label. I then had to search on their website for info on how to return my order, I felt the information is deliberately quite hidden. It says that if you don’t have a returns label to email customer services for one, I have done this twice and had no reply. I’ve come across companies before that deliberately make returning an item extremely difficult. I was going to order a different size but sadly, this has completely put me off. I will never purchase from them again.

Good quality kids clothes
Shipping was nice and quick. I got a variety of kids clothes in the sale and I’m very happy with the quality of them. They wash really well and the designs are cute.

Customer service is atrocious
Customer service is atrocious. I have emailed Newbie twice now to try and rectify an issue. They haven’t responded to any of my emails and when I tried to call them today, it went straight through to a voicemail asking me to email them! Eventually they got in touch claiming they’d emailed me twice, but I haven’t received any emails from them.

Its extremely disappointing quality of those dresses, for the money they cost. Also you cant return something you had ordered online in the physical stores. I am not ordering from them again!

Invoice with it so at last was able to get a Returns address. Was disappointed as had paid for the items
Which I returned so now awaiting a replacement in a bigger size.
