Speaking with a customer service representative who understood the business of the company as an employee of the company. Said differently, if she was an outsourced customer service representative, then they should figure out how to clone her.

Ms. Laurellee Ashly Stuart helped me resolve my issues in a timely and friendly manner. I appreciate the help she has provided me and would recommend Newair, although I purchased from a third party (they were not able to help even though item was purchased within 30 day window), the manufacturer was able to quickly resolve problem I was experiencing. Hilary was able to find answers to all my questions quickly and was most helpful in finding a solution to the problems I was experiencing with a recent replacement ice maker machine. The first unit we received was defective, but they stepped up and provided a new unit without any hassle.

The representative once we made contact stayed engaged through the entire process. Provided complete clear messages to ensure we knew our status for our defective device. As for calling into the 855-963-9247 that is very hard to make initial contact as well as finalize the shipping fee. We should be able to make a payment without the delay in calling back to this number.

I was gifted an ice maker for Christmas that I really liked a lot. Unfortunately it failed after about nine months. Customer support was awesome though. After a brief conversation about my situation, they were able to determine that it was a warranty issue and a replacement was sent. Anfernee was very helpful and we had the issue straightened out in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service!
