Hilary thank you you were great. It was nice to be able to talk to a real person. It was to great to be able to get what it seems virtually any question answered regarding you products.

My NewAir cooler started to have cooling issues after 10 years of ownership. Where other companies would just say to buy a new unit, Laurellee at NewAir helped diagnose the problem, was kind and responsive, and helped me order replacement parts (with instructions). Great service all around!

When the fridge arrived damaged, I requested e-support and Laurellee responded just eight (8) minutes later. She was courteous and helpful and arranged to send a replacement part. But after 72 hours the fridge still would not cool to near the advertised temperature, so she accepted a return without debate.
