They responded to my inquiry quickly and had options for me. Ionie was very helpful with her emails and also with my phone call to order a part for repair of my beverage fridge. I initially thought they were helpful. However after selling me a replacement part with suggested instructions, a different looking part arrived and repeated requests have given me no help!! Now I am stuck with a broken beverage fridge and a useless part that bought!

I did not know what to do with my ice maker and she took the time to help and responded immediately to my emails. I was shocked to see an immediate response.
