Amazing!! Great communication and they update you with everything, even if there isn’t any update they still ring or email to tell you this.
Ashleigh has especially been amazing with everything she has done for us and trying to get everything sorted as quick as possible!

Excellent service.
Always available for updates and advice.
Excellent customer service.

Upon being introduced to Ashleigh, the Home Move Progressor allocated to our lengthy chain, I could sense the professionalism she would deliver. And deliver Ashleigh did… with tenacity and diligence. Ashleigh kept all parties informed and efficiently escalated information up and down the chain, keeping it all on track and pulled off a pre-Christmas completion date that was not an easy feat given there is 7 in the chain. We, as a family, are grateful for Ashleigh’s hard work and effort in getting us this far. Ashleigh is a superstar and has pulled off the impossible for all to be satisfied and in our new homes this side of Christmas! Thank you and credit to Ashleigh!!

Ashleigh at New Move was absolutely brilliant in helping us on our moving journey. She went above and beyond to support us and help us achieve what was needed at the time it was needed. Communication was frequent, friendly and professional. Customer service was amazing and I would recommend anyone moving to use New Move.

Recently purchased a home with the help of Ashleigh and Nicola. They collaborated with the seller and I to get the sale completed at the earliest possible timescale, and fed any questions and asks in a simple to understand way which gave me the confidence in the purchase

The whole team was absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough to help us out with our sale.

Our sale was extremely difficult from start to finish but Ashleigh in particular went above and beyond to help secure our sale and make the whole transaction as smooth as possible for all parties involved.

NewMove have been brilliant. Between them Nicki and Ashleigh have kept us informed of viewings and offers once received, spoke with agents and solicitors on our behalf, kept us band up-to-date with how our sale is proceeding, and have just made the whole process of moving as stress-free for us as possible. And we sold in less than a week, what more can you ask for.

Thank you Nicki and Ashleigh, we really appreciate everything you have done for us!

Absolutely fantastic help received from Ashleigh at New Move which without her help I'm not sure the move would have happened in time. Given that she also was not our representative we were very impressed with her diligence and effort put in to ensure exchange and completion were pushed on all sides.

Ashleigh and the team at Newmove have been fantastic! They have kept us informed every step of the way, and pursued information / requests whenever we needed them. They made the whole experience so much easier. Can not thank them enough.

Incredibly personable and professional throughout, always seemingly one step ahead of the process to ensure everything remained completely on course with an absolute focus on providing help, advice and reassuring guidance at all times.

Helped us immeasurably during a complex move, always happy to talk through options and very proactive with updates. Can’t fault the service we’ve been given.

My recent house purchase was made so much easier with the assistance and constant updates from Ashleigh , she kept me informed and helped me get it the completion done in the time scale I’d asked for can’t thank her and her team enough for their efforts.

Ashleigh at new move has been Fantastic! Every question we had (with been first time buyers) was answered very quickly and always got a answer pretty much straight away… great service and got the house we wanted!

I have nothing but positive things to say upon reflection having now moved home.

Nicki has been excellent throughout the process, kind, supportive, knowledgeable and empathetic to quite a stressful process.

Unfortunately we needed to switch buyers a couple of times due to unforeseen circumstances which meant we had 5 weeks to accept the final offer and move before our new home was ready (which also happened to be the stamp duty deadline!)

Nicki and the team pulled out all the stops and somehow achieved this which left all parties (buyer, seller and Strata) very happy.

Thanks NewMove!!

Nicola has been absolutely amazing all the way through our house sale and purchase.
It has been a very stressful time with complications along the way but Nicola always kept us updated on everything and sorted everything out as quickly as possible.
She was on the ball every step of the way and I honestly don’t think we would of got exchanged without her.
I would very highly recommend her and New Move.

Excellent customer service!!!
I’m a first-time buyer and I was apprehensive about how little I knew about buying a property. I have received great support from Nicola Johnston in every step of the way. She has answered all my inquires promptly.
She made sure the whole process moved fast and effectively. I can highly recommend NewMove.

New Move provide a fantastic, personalised, extremely efficient service. Nicki ensured every aspect of the move was addressed early and kept me in the loop every step of the way.
Moving house is a stressful time for anyone, New Move alleviate so much of the stress, leaving room for excitement and future planning.

After agreeing a price with the vendor Nicki at New move was one of the first poeple to congratulate me. Throughout the process of the purchase i found Nicki to be most helpful with whatever was asked and went above and beyond to answer all my questions, even due to my complex circumstances. I would highly recommend NewMove and will look forward to using them again.

Brilliant customer care all through the chain. I wasn't even dealing with New Move personally as they were at the top of the chain (i believe my seller was buying a house through them) however New Move have been the glue that has held everything together throughout my move. Even more so than my personal estate agents and solicitors. Can't thank them enough.. Top service 👍🏻

We invited several estate agents before instructing New Move. We chose New Move for their realistic market appraisal and NOT making promises of “the biggest mailing list”. It only takes one person to buy.
We were pleased with the marketing and calls were always answered. We also knew when prospective buyers were shown the property they were shown by Lee who was familiar with the property. Good recommendation for a solicitor for the conveyancing (thank you).
The fees were very good and we would definitely recommend New Move.
