NewMove  Arvostelua

Nicki was incredibly helpful and pro-active throughout the process of buying my first property. Her persistance with all other parties involved also meant I was able to dodge stamp duty which without her help I don't think would have been possible! Thanks Nicki!

Couldn't have done it without them
Nicki was instrumental in getting us through this. Would recommend them to anyone.

We sold our home with new move as we were buying a new build home.
The experience has been so positive just wanted to say a special thank you to Ashleigh who I spoke to at time when things needed sorting 3or 4 times a day nothing was ever too much trouble phone calls and emails were responded to quickly and issues solved
Thank you so much Ashleigh for all your help through the highs and lows you have been fantastic

I was in the position of purchasing my very first property and I have had lack of experience with the whole process. I didn’t even know what the expectations were towards me from a legal point of view. Unfortunately my solicitor wasn’t helpful at all, did not tell me what I needed to do, so I used to ran out of time fulfilling the tasks.

However, the vendor’s solicitor -New Move- contacted me as well just to update me of their half what has been done. I asked the company’s solicitor if she could advise me about my next steps and she was always extremely helpful, patient, supportive, reliable, responsive, helped me a lot and I felt so less stressed. I was able to complete every task before the deadlines. She made the whole process a lot easier so I can only recommend them! Definitely 5 stars service

Ashleigh and the rest of the team were extremely helpful! Purchased my first house and was help along the way!

I had a problem with my first mortgage company undervaluing the house but Ashleigh and the team stuck with me while we waited for a second and fortunately correct valuation.

Thanks again for all your help!

What can I say… these people are incredible! I purchased a house which NewMove was involved with within the chain and they were absolutely amazing!
The chain wasn’t the easiest and there was a lot of stressful times which would have been so much worse if Ashleigh wasn’t involved. She’s amazing… always keeping us up to date and pushing for answers from the necessary people which is just what you need when things start looking slow and negative. This review does no justice for what she deserves… I can’t thank them enough!

Ashleigh from New Move really went the extra mile in helping me complete my sale of my house.

She went the extra mile in orchestrating the entire process, and I wouldn't have done it without her.

What a fantastic company to deal with - Ashleigh was amazing. Brilliant customer service and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. 100% would recommend.

The team at new Move were professional but friendly and helped get the sale completed in a quick and orderly fashion plus made the process easy to understand and kept us informed through out - great service great team would highly recommend. Genuinely committed to engaging with the customer and getting the job done !

Great service, particularly impressed with Ashleigh who was extremely helpful and I don't think we would have been moving into our new home without their assistance.

5 star

Ashleigh at New Move was the only ray of sunshine in what has been the most stressful time of my life. When selling my house she consistently managed to motivate people to act efficiently including the land registry and former solicitors even when it wasn’t on their priority list. If it wasn’t for her I am confident we still wouldn’t have completed. Not only that but she kept me updated at all times with a friendly message or personable email even when things were out of her hands. Absolutely brilliant couldn’t have asked for anyone better on the team. Thank you again!

As a first time buyer I lacked a lot of knowledge and had anxiety around the whole process. Ashleigh was amazing… I had a million questions and she was able to answer every one and was full of knowledge! The process was so fast and streamline I would recommend to anyone!

Regular communication, updating information, being proactive and chasing solicitors on our behalf and being responsive to all communication

New Move have been fantastic to work with, supporting and communicating every step of the way. Special thank you to Ashleigh Bastion for her help, guidance and perseverance in making our move possible.

Our sale and purchase ran smoothly and super quick (7 weeks) thanks to Ashley’s management of the process. Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable in this field and was able to answer our questions and would offer advice if asked. She always at the other end of the phone if we needed her chase something or talk the process through. Would recommend NewBuy and particularly Ashley Bastion.

I cannot thank Ashleigh enough for everything she has done from start to finish of buying my first home! She has been amazing and so supportive throughout the whole process. No matter how many times I called, she was on the end of the phone straight away.
