Nevstudio Arvostelua

I love this website .Because the products are well made ,even if the price little high ,you get what you have payed for .Also i want to add that the service is greaf ,it maybe takes 20 to 30 min and then youll have a anwser

Always loved the site. Quick replies to queries and a purchase mistake I had made, great service. And sure the products might not be cheap but after making my 3rd package purchase over the past few years, I don't regret it. Great styles and very good quality I have found so. Well worth :)

good quality clothes! and support works at the highest level) I ordered a large size pants, and they offered me a bunch of options to resolve the problem and get a boring size❤️

J'adore NevStudio !

Amazing service!! I just recently bought a bodysuit from Nevstudio and the product was amazing and such good quality. However the size was wrong but that was my own problem when ordering it. But the Nevstudio staff were so quick to reply and able to help me out and ship me a replacement! Definitely buying from Nevstudio again!!

Customer service was friendly and prompt, got a full refund for my out of stock item, thanks guys :)

Good customer Service, they refunded the sum for the sold out product. I am waiting for my order, and then I can give more Infos about quality and delivery

Great customer service who was there when i got issues with my order and always offer best solutions and discounts !
Great quality clothing, the only little issue is that the order traking is not easy to find. But otherwise, everything is really good :)

Ordered the wrong size and realised my size was sold out. I asked to cancel the order and help was quick and easy, with a refund. Bought from them before and will again!

Nevstudio CS was really helpful and informative. It's understandable that items sell out especially on sale. They were able to inform me quickly and refund me with no issue. Thanks again for the update! ♡

I ordered a top but unfortunately it was already sold out. I was contacted about the issue and offered a gift card to purchase a different item. When I declined they immediately refunded me, got my refund almost instantly because I paid through PayPal and they even offered me 20% off a future purchase. Although I’m bummed about the top being out of stock, I think their customer service was amazing and reassuring. I will be back to shop!

The customer experience was good, they've been very communicative and helping me out. I did get a wrong size for myself but it was literally no stress at all.
My friend has tried their clothes too and we both love it.

Zero communication don't feel
trusting of that

The Support is Horror!
I just wanted to buy some clothes. 3 of 5 pieces were out of stock, I should replace them. Okay, wanted to get others. Also out of stock. After 3 trys I finaly found something, that was available. Package did not arrive a month after. Wanted my money back, and had to fight for it. This goes since 2 months now. Sad, because my first experience was nice and the clothes are cool. But after that, I will never buy there again.

Also very unprofessional: They were begging for a good review, because otherwise "she will lose her job". Well, Donna Spock, maybe you should do your job better.

Parfait service client je me suis tromper adress de livraison il mon changer directe tres tres conseill
