Nevstudio Arvostelua

Fast response from support about changing my order address.

Very responsive when I requested to change my sweater.

Their service was great, fast shipping and they gave me fast options for when the pants I ordered were not a good fit. Will definitely be shopping with NEVSTUDIO again. Love the look.

Had some issues with my order but customer service took care of it quickly. Thanks!!!!

Item ordered was out of stock but I was offered either:
A gift card for the amount of the out of stock item, plus an additional $15.
Option to choose another item less than $10 more expensive or a refund.

I had questions about the size chart for a particular item and customer service was very helpful in getting back to me and ultimately changing my order for a different size. Looking forward to receiving the item!
Update: I have received the item and am very happy! High quality material and looks even better than pictured. Will definitely shop here again!

Very good customer service :) thanks for processing my request swiftly and professionally.

Had some minor problems with parts of my delivery and was very nicely treated by the support! All problems were easily solved.

Amazing customer service. I love the jacket and pants, but that buckle belt shirt is NOT adjustable for the straps

I’ll be honest, I was worried this website was fraudulent. I ordered over 150 dollars in product anyways. It all arrived and looked even better than expected. I recomend this place highly. Their support team is also amazing. They helped me expedite a shipping last minute. I was sooo impressed.

They took care of my last minute changes and got it done . Thank u

Great service! Nevstudio always put customer first, and offer a great service to their client. Each time, we have been very satisfied with product and service. Thanks again!

Very cheap quality and bad customer support. You are over paying for really cheap material

I was unhappy with my size on the clothes I ordered so I contacted help a refund or a replacement in a different size. They replied the same day and was able to sort out a outcome in which I was able to get the right size of clothes in a professional manner.

Great service! alerted me when an item I ordered was out of stock and emailed me to replace it with an item of my choice.
