I bought a vanity unit for a bathroom through B&Q and NES homes were a third party vendor. Initially the communication was poor with no indication of a delivery date, until the day of delivery The toilet pan was leaking on installation and immediacy removed (obviously!)

On reporting the fault NES homes requested photos of the product for investigation.

The leaking toilet was immediacy replaced with a toilet bought locally… because I need a toilet to use!

The toilet is now back in the box awaiting collection

I have had to pay the plumber twice (fit, remove and fit a replacement) and buy a temporary toilet so I am almost £450 out of pocket.

My question is!!

Why do they need photos to investigate?
Why would I remove the toilet if I didn’t need to? Why would I fit a toilet that doesn’t match the vanity unit?what do they expect to see on the photos (it’s a back to the wall toilet, no pipework is visible)

As far as the rest of the suit goes, it’s okay, I feel it’s slightly over for what it is.

Received the hinge repair plate kit. It was supplied with wood screws for all fixings including the metal bracket holes. The plate is very thin so it is totally pot luck if the wood screws actually tighten into the metal plate. It should have self tapping screws for those two holes with a slightly thicker bracket. Customer services tell me there is nothing incorrect! Would not recommend the kit or the company

I wish I’d found this site earlier as I’d been disappointed with other companies. They were very helpful when I was getting closer to the deadline to having all the necessary bathroom items for the workers who were arriving in two days. Items were very reasonable and often cheaper but still good quality. Delivery was fast and drivers very courteous. All you could expect for good customer service. I would recommend them.

Bought a toilet suite and shower tray.

The quality of the toilet seat and flush was poor and I tried to rate the product on the website so other people know; but was blocked from leaving a review.

The soft close on the seat is broken and the flush jams in, wasting water. I am still awaiting replacements - I was unable to pay to upgrade to something of better quality; so expect another poor quality item to arrive eventually and have no confidence that it won't fail too.

The shower tray was not removed from the packaging within 30 days as the plumber was unavailable. It was in clear plastic packaging and no visible damage was evident. I kept it in the protective packaging until it could be professionally installed; but the plumber discovered the tray was curved, not flat, when he opened it. I called NES but no-one answered the phone - got a full voicemail box. I tried chat but no-one was available on the chat. I emailed and only got a reply after 2 days. They refused to refund me for the tray and are saying I must pay £50 to get a replacement delivered and the faulty one collected.

I will never buy from them again. A shocking service compared to a company like Victorian Plumbing. Too much of a risk if anything is faulty and a reasonable remedy is needed.

Decent delivery time, I had a couple of questions back and forth about some measurements, which they answered for me, TY.
Would recommend.

I bought a wall hung toilet with a 10 year warranty and one of the plastic nuts was packaged broken. And when I asked for a replacement nut I was told I would have to purchase a whole new pack of fixings because I exceeded the 30 day returns period. I then bought the pack of fixings which turned up rusted and didn’t even fit to the toilet I bought. I had numerous emails with their customer service team and it’s possible the worst service I have ever come across. Would avoid at all costs.

Fantastic customer service

Purchased 4 shower panels from NesHome.
Delivery was left outside in the garden, so I was unable to check the items before accepting them.
The first panel I opened was found to have 2 areas of significant damage on the top edge, so I decided against opening any of the other packages.
I emailed NesHome immediately to request the Return of my delivery for a full refund, as per their Damage/Returns policy.
To date, I have still received no response from their Customer service department, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my email.
I have now sent 2 further emails still without reply.....
***Poor quality, damaged goods and zero Customer Service, do not waste your money buying from this Company!!!***

I bought a black bidet hose for my new bathroom and when the plumber opened it up the discs were scratched and also the paint coming away from the sprayer. The plumber actually though it was a used item by looking at it. I didn't have time to mess about so the plumber touched up the discs with black pen and fitted it, was working fine then a few days after the spring went on the sprayer so I contacted them and just told them the whole situation, I disnt even get an apology just to sent photos and a video of proof which I did but the video wouldn't send on email but sent the photos so I asked if I could send the video on another format but was just sent the exact same email to send it again and not acknowledging the fact the video was too big to send and tried to shorten it still no success. I wasn't even asking for the whole thing replaced which I shouldve really just asked for a new sprayer. Anyway I had no success and ended up buying a new sprayer myself off of amazon and wish I bought my bidet from there as I wouldn't of had a proplem with amazon for refund! So if you're buying a bidet i would reccomend amazon certainly wouldn't use this company again!

Prompt & efficient delivery of a quality product

Dreadful company. I bought a toilet with back-to-wall unit from Nes via B&Q and when it came time for the plumber to fit it, the fixings for the toilet pan and seat were not included. So the installation could continue, I had to buy the fixings for the pan but when I requested Nes to send the fixings for the toilet seat, they would only do it if I paid a further £15. Appalling customer service and now that the toilet is installed, it sprays water out of the bowl whenever it flushes. Will need to be replaced.
