Purchased the NEOM Advent Calendar and it is absolutely lovely. Well packaged, smells amazing and such a range of full size hero products and mini testers to explore other parts of the range. Look forward to opening in December!

Lauren handled my problem with my broken wellbeing pod perfectly. Even tho it was outside of warranty she did everything to help find a solution , culminating in a spare part being sent that resulted in the pod working perfectly again. Her emails were always pilot and coming from a place of wanting to help , much appreciated

Exceptional service I ordered a candle as a present and while wrapping it dropped and smashed it. I contacted customer service as I wanted to buy a replacement and the replied by sending me a new candle as a good will gesture. I received a replacement candle the next day. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Also the candle smells amazing keep up the good work I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thank you

Wow…. Not only do they sell fabulous non toxic products that smell divine, their customer service is way ahead of their competitors. I bought their Happiness diffuser, having researched that my go to v expensive diffuser actually contained toxins, and that Neom are the top brand for natural products. I contacted customer services over minor feedback, and was treated as a VIP. First class product and first class service. Highly recommend. Thankyou.

I had such a lovely experience at NEOM Guildford, thanks to Sofia. She was incredibly kind, patient and helpful, and took the time to show me the different oils and explain them so well. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and attentive she was without being pushy at all.

NEOM Products are wonderful. The reed diffusers scent last right until the end and the reeds continue to scent a room even when the oil has finished. The pods are great for use in bathrooms where there are no plugs and the plug in diffusers instantly make the room smell divine. The pillow spray is an essential, assisting restful sleep throughout the night - couldn't be without it - highly recommend to anyone who has difficulty sleeping. Recently ordered another mini pod and love the new colours and new scents. NEOM's customer service is the best, based in the UK that you can speak to and everyone I have spoken to is so knowledgeable about the products - I guess it's a great place to work as everyone seems so happy who works there. Placed an order and when it arrived 1 item was missing. Emailed the customer service team and they came back to me quickly asking for some info on what was missing and photos of what was recieved.
Sent these over and the forwarded them to the Warehouse to investigate the missing item, response again was really quick and the missing item was sent out straight away.
Very happy with the speed at which the dealt with the issue.

I looked at purchasing 2 advent calendars online, but they were sold out, after emailing the regent street store asking if they had stock I had a reply within 15 minutes, saying we have some, would you like us to reserve them for you. after swapping a couple more emails I then went to the store. upon entering the store saying I was here to collect Renez said you must be Gary I have them here for you ready to collect. I was totally blown away with such amazing customer service from the first email to collecting in store. Renez is a credit to your company.

I love Neom products, and so does everyone I gift them to. Recent experience with cusomer service was excellent - a gift was not delivered and on its way back to them but as I was anxious about redelivery, Katie placed the same order (instead of a refund when the items arrived), upgraded it to next day delivery and also added free gift wrap. Couldn't have asked for more!

One star is being generous - the products are lovely - but two months later and I'm still having to chase for a refund. I placed an order of over £500 for gifts, on a next day delivery. Half the order arrived - Neom said it had all be delivered (the delivery photo showed it clearly hadn't). They refunded the next day fee, and said the 2nd box would arrive 'soon'. It didn't. I had to then dash around buying last minute gifts to replace what had not arrived. And I was over £200 out of pocket as a result. I chased Neom again - they had no record of what had been sent to me in which box, so I had to do all the leg work in sending them details of which products were in which box and what hadn't arrived. Several days of me chasing them on email and eventually they agreed the box had not arrived and was 'lost'. With tracking etc why did they not already know this?! They then issued a refund - by now it was 20 days after I placed the original order. But I had to return two items from the first box that were useless without the items in the 'lost' box. More hassle - items returned and confirmed InPost delivery back to them on 11 Aug. It's now 15 Sep I am still waiting for the refund to be in my bank. So I have to chase them again. Aside from all the hassle, being out of pocket - I reckon it's taken me about 6 hours of my time in total dealing with their inefficiency. Possibly the worst customer experience I've ever had. Which is saying something! As I said, 1 star is generous - you can't leave 0 stars, otherwise I would have. Neo more Neom for me ever please!

I purchased a diffuser from NEOM and it arrived defective. After contacting them, they sent a replacement, which was also defective. When I reached out to customer service again, I was treated horribly.
Instead of offering a refund, NEOM insisted on sending a 3rd diffuser. Since I refused to accept another faulty product, they simply kept my money and refused to issue a refund. In the end, I had to open a dispute with PayPal just to get my money back!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The products are low quality, and their customer service treats customers like trash!

Worst customer service ever, you can’t get past the AI replies!

I’m a regular Neom customer, having been using their candles for years and I’ve had the occasional few which don’t perform like they should. Purchased 3 candles and one of them is faulty - the wicks don’t burn properly and they fail to acknowledge this.

Be mindful when spending a lot of money on these candles.
