Neha Ji is a very fine yoga guru with a very sound knowledge of yoga and pranayama. Even if the session is conducted online she comes to know if the pose is wrong or technique of breathing is wrong. Would truly recommend her who is actually looking out to learn yoga.

I had one of my best yoga experiences with Neha. It was a private session with a small group of people. I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses but
Neha was very knowledgeable and helpful,she went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I definitely felt a deep stretch and felt very relaxed during and after our session. I would highly recommend Neha. She is my favorite yoga teacher! I love
taking her classes because they are
challenging but relaxing at the same time.

My experience with her has been very good. She is best as a yoga teacher as well as a good human being. She looks after to her every student and makes sure that they are performing correctly. She also helps you with food n diet habits.

She is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself and once you start seeing it, you have won half the journey. Neha Ma'am is a dedicated yoga teacher. It's been a wonderful experience to learn yoga from her. Even though it's a virtual class she makes an effort to direct and guide each of one in the class. Really appreciate Your work.

Nehaji is a wonderful yoga teacher I have ever met. Her explanation for each pose will make you feel so comfortable with your body. She helped me with my postpartum weight. Her voice is so smoothing. In her session she includes yoga poses, pranayam,kriyas and many more...

The classes are very interesting... All the asanas and their importance is explained in a detailed manner. Very good learning experience...
