Adhbhuta

A raw, transformative sacred journey since March 2025. Just being in the divine presence of Adiguru Sri Maitreyaji for an hour every Mon-Fri was an awe filled spiritual blessing that made the inner work transport to a different world. In session, it was like nothing else existed just being guided by the Divine on the path of Divine to realise the depth and expanse of Divine presence in everything.

It wasn't just reading ancient sacred texts and memorizing shlokas in sanskrit or/and meanings. Adhbhuta is actually an inner transformation journey, allowing one to connect teachings to daily life, universal laws and cosmic origin by going into practical aspects of shlokas that are never written in scriptures but possible to experience only through diksha and divine presence of a revered Guru.

Everything inside churned up yet Maitreyaji's presence held with firm stability for safety and precision. Sitting and learning from Adiguru Sri Maitreyaji is simply inexplicable, the depths we get to explore, the mystical inner journey is true, honest and alive with Grace and blessings. I learned a lot about what I had been unknowingly holding onto and just the dikshas bestowed by Maitreyaji and deep breathwork and meditations helped naturally become aware and also transcend conditions being held that prevented spiritual progress. So many knots unraveled and so many oh my god moments where there was such a deep sense of reverence and wonder and heart filled with gratitude with no words to explain. Life outside and inside just blended and could see life in more angles than even thought possible.

Shiva sutras, parvati darpana, spanda karikas, vijnan bhairav tantra... A meditation each for more than 200 shlokas and experiencing the essence of the shloka, the silence, the emptiness, the stillness was simply magical. Adiguru Sri Maitreyaji is amazing with the energy and consciousness work, based on the breath and it was an eye opener to experience flow of different breaths, through different areas of the body, and then slowly over months move from deha to mano to citta bhava in a sequential guidance.

It's a journey of wide open space, no limits, where we learned not just the essence of the roots of spiritual practices like mantra, tantra, yantra, yoga , dharana, dhyana but experienced the limitless joy and grace when divine blessings burst forth from within.

A sacred path with Adiguru Sri Maitreyajis guidance for those who want the depth and essence of Kashmir Shaivism and looking for true way of experiencing the divine journey of remembrance, recognition and pure awareness.

The Pitr paksha healing by Maitreyaji was a blessing. Didn’t know that we have so many debts [Runa] to clear , and unknowingly we create so many Runa during life. These debts create obstacles in life. Normally we offer only to ancestors leaving Deva Runa and Rushi runa. Maitreyaji helped us to connect to these runas to clear them.

I am 75 years old. I attended the 10 days program on Emotional balancing with Chakras with Sri Maitreyaji

I learned we have a totally different anatomy of nadis and chakras that is connected to our physical and Emotional health. I am in awe of this new awareness.

One day I experienced total numbness all over the body and doing the Pusha nadi breathing just once relieved it miraculously. It was quite rejuvenating for the body and mind. Body numbness dusappeared but toes still felt a little numb and Sushumna breathing helped clear that also. I can feel my toes better.

This is a good program and a necessary learning for people of all ages. I wish children can also learn at a young age so they can grow up with good physical and emotional health.

Just completed the 10 day chakra balancing class...found it exciting and stimulating. I am by nature quite inquisitive and this was something that quenched my current thirst for knowledge wrt self-awareness, improving myself as a person mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The simple breathwork taught by Maitreya, to clear the blockages in the nadis were simply fascinating. Found myself more confident in dealing with challenges at work and new pathways seem to be opening up. And one can actually sense the nadis getting activated, that was simply amazing. Vigyan Bhairav tantra brings in that profound awareness within a seeker, is that Shiva and Parvati are not mere boon giving idols, they are Divine points of existence that a seeker connects with to embark on a journey within. An exalted awareness that our body is not mere cells and blood which we see physically rather a celebrated connection to the naadis , grantis and chakras that forms the bridge to tap into the universal energy. The play of energy and consciousness through these naadis, chakras and grantis at different levels, peels the layers bringing the seeker to an awareness of the vibrant names that Shiva carries, Sankara, ishwara, sambho. I am almost done with a 12 week a course called “prana magic” which helps one understand how the life force within flows, and to connect to it. As a seeker,with traditional mindset ,that this body is only a vessel......and the thought that it's all about meditation and going beyond...
Prana magic sessions brings one to understand thoroughly, body is The vessel and helps us to ponder and work on the nuances ,thro breathing ,different variations that can help understand the functioning at different levels starting from basic easing of breathing as process to understanding the vayus and elements and koshas.

Today's and yesterday's session on formation of a baby in the womb,the trigger,the working ,the science of it all still at basics creating the awe and respect for nature and also kindling the interest to be more observant .

Prana Magic by Dveka Ucsrd is an amazing 12 week foundation course on the magic of the breath. Sri Maitreyaji beautifully bridges the ancient wisdom to modern times so we can work with the breath everyday for better health, inner strength and well-being. The theory shared opens our eyes to myths and fallacies and the essence of working on ourself with the breath. So amazed to learn so much about vayus, elements, koshas, doshas, saptadhatus and our own creation from before birth.
