This is my third time booking with Need That Cruise, and once again, the service has been outstanding. The attention to detail, excellent customer service, and highly competitive prices keep bringing me back. I highly recommend Need That Cruise, especially our agent, Leanne, who has always been professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

Just booked a Back to Back Cruise with Leanne very professional and sorted everything out for us

Just booked a cruise with Lee Hillier. Really quick and easy and got a great price. Have used Need that Cruise before and will definitely book with them again in the future. Thanks Lee.

Leanne was very efficient at booking the cruise. Excellent service.

First time using this company. Lee was very helpful & accommodating in finding us the perfect cruise. Would definitely recommend using them

I have cruised using this company numerous times and find Jack and Lee great people to deal with when booking and find their prices very good 👍

Booking our cruise was a great experience from start to finish. The whole process was really easy, and Lee was super friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer our questions. He helped us find the perfect itinerary within our budget and was really patient while I asked for a few different quotes, which made everything completely stress-free. Communication was great the whole time with no pressure to book. We’re really excited for our cruise and would definitely recommend booking through Need That Cruise. Thank you Lee

Had a fabulous time in Seattle for 3 nights, and 7 nights on MSC POESIA recently to Alaska, all put together by Jack at NTC, with all our queries and requests sorted very quickly. A bit of a grumble about the MSC airport transfer home, was sorted in a very timely, and satisfactory manner by the admin time. Goes to prove its not always about the price that determines a great holiday. Customer service is always high on our priorities, and NTC always deliver for us.

Need that Cruise - our go to TA for cruise bookings as they are very keen on the cost effectiveness of cruises even when we book 6 star cruises, e.g. Explora and Silversea. Now with added value with their land based and cruise packages which are of a very high standard. Loving the offering and Leann is a gem - she made all arrangements for us whilst on holiday herself in Alaska! Now that is a dedicated agent.

Fast quick and easy process. Lee was fabulous and checked a cabin number for me at front of ship as requested. Highly recommend NTC to everyone. Got several cruises booled with them and no issues.

Lee was excellent in ensuring we got the best price for our 2028 cruise.
Always prompt in replying to our queries.
Great customer service.

Excellent booking experience and service from Leanne. Very patient and found exactly what we're looking for at very competitive prices. Not pushy at all and confirmed everything before we booked. Will book another cruise with Leanne at Need that Cruise for sure.

Lee was very helpful and supportive in creating a tailored holiday packaged that suited me and the budget. Happy to share knowledge on certain locations and top tips shared to get the best out of your holiday which in my opinion is above and beyond any normal Travel Agent. Keep up the great work NTC!

Leanne is always excellent in finding the cruise we want, at a very competitive price that we're happy to pay. She's always friendly, polite, and makes herself available whenever needed.
She is our go-to person when we're looking at booking a cruise as she makes it so easy and so very affordable!

Another cruise booked with Need that Cruise with Martin. Quick and easy process and good prices compared to booking elsewhere. 1st class service as always.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars for Jack, Martin, and the whole Need That Cruise team

If you’re looking for a booking experience that feels more like chatting with pals who genuinely want the best for you, then Jack and Martin at Need That Cruise are exactly who you want in your corner.

From the first message, they were brilliant — friendly, patient, and absolutely on the ball. They didn’t just fire over generic options; they listened properly, asked the right questions, and came back with choices that actually suited me. Accessibility queries? Sorted. Budget? Respected. Stress levels? Dramatically reduced.

Jack has that rare mix of calm reassurance and proper know‑how. Nothing was too much trouble, and every answer felt clear and honest. Martin brings the same energy — warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is right. Together, they make the whole process feel effortless.

What really stood out was the human touch. No scripts. No pressure. No nonsense. Just two brilliant guys who clearly love what they do and take pride in looking after people.

The prices were excellent, the communication was spot‑on, and the whole experience felt personal rather than transactional. I came away feeling confident, excited, and very well looked after.

If you want a cruise booking experience that’s smooth, friendly, and backed by real expertise, Jack and Martin are the team you want. I’ll be booking with them again without hesitation.

A proper five‑star service.
