We made our booking through Lee Hillier for Need that cruise. he guided me through what was the best options for me and my family.
lee, having been on many cruises, was great at letting me know what i needed and didnt, was very paitent and not pushy either.
we had a wondeful time and many thanks to Lee for organising it.

Martin has been amazing as always finding us a great deal.
So looking forward to it. Nothing too much trouble.
Thanks again.

We got booked through Leanne she was excellent and efficient.
Answered any questions we had and did us a great deal so we would be able to book in with family that are also going on holiday.
Thank you again Leanne

Leanne was brilliant with advice and so responsive.Nothing was too much bother for her.We got a very good deal.We are really looking forward to our holiday.

Leanne is amazing! This is my first cruise and I'm glad Leanne was the one to book it. She was quick at responding and was able to get us the cruise cheaper! Thank you Leanne!

Leanne is absolutely amazing, finding us our cruise & stay exactly as we wanted an amazing price to celebrate a special occassion.
So glad it was Leanne who answered my enquiry, her patience and understanding has been a god send that she will be our first port of call ( so to speak) for our future bookings.
Thank you Leanne - your defo 5*s and then some

So quick booking and cheaper too ! Love this company !!

Looking forward to our cruises this year(3) and next year (3) including on New World Asia we were not thinking of 2028 yet(OK I'm lying 🤪) seen a holiday quote by another company and thought that sounds not too bad, but intrigued to see what Leanne can do muster up I thought would give her a little challenge pfft! That was an understatement.. Less than 2 hours later( and calling me direct to clear up a mistake by the previous quotation from other company) had us booked with a better deal and we are now going on World Atlantic 🙌
Thank you so so much again Leanne for your patience and experience as I know and see you with other NTC customers but giving all the same care and attention to see their dreams come true.Thank you!

Well done Lee H and NTC. We tested a cruise weekend which Lee agreed was a great idea September and November we were ready to book an awesome full on cruise NTC MSC Seashore Cruise….stay in Florida for a few days firstly then a Caribbean Cruise. 3 of us going within a bigger group and tbh yes we are flying to America from the UK so you have to take that expected hit of a flight but when you break down what you are actually getting WOW. The drinks deal we got and waited for the right time to sign up to that with Lee’s go ahead now is the best time messages. With being in America for a few days we can be as budget friendly as we want in the local community. We were told about the best value activities available as we have never been to Florida before so we wanted to try some theme parks. We were signposted to the Activity all in activity passes that Lee uses and even had a good deal within.

We would never see this cruise luxury or the variety of things to do for our budget in a stationary hotel. We will see the best beaches /scenery in the world including a private island. February we also booked with a deposit another one ready on a Princess Ship for next time. Lee promptly pointed out the up and coming deal and gave us options to stay with the Marina resort wait but we were so happy to wangle a few days in Miami before embarking. Lee has always pioneered the Cruise way of holidaying and we are impressed with how it is obtainable for everyone now!🌊☀️🏝️🐚 Thanks for also helping my niece get a good All inclusive Spanish hotel holiday. Lee found lots of options for her and beat the quotes of other companies. He took the time to find options with local airports with nice flying times and the best resort to have everything on the doorstep and rated by the public and Tui. The Georgiou’s:-)

Lee hillier was fantastic on. Booking my cruise thank you so much and thank you for being patient would defo speak to lee again

Booking our cruise was an absolute breeze from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained, by Lee,options were tailored perfectly to what we wanted, and the whole process felt effortless. Great attention to detail, excellent communication, and no pressure at any point. We’re already excited knowing everything has been handled so professionally. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable booking experience!

Seen this cruise advertised this morning and have now booked it.The whole experience was amazing and Martin was fantastic.

Second cruise booked with this company. Always excellent customer service and answer all my questions which there a lot of without delay.

Would definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing dealing with Leanne, tbh better than Amex travel concierge ! She went above and beyond helping me book my cruise out of hours in the evening. Very dedicated and on point with everything instantly, zero wait time for her quote and replies. Just fantastic, great service and everything she did for me, thank you

Brilliant service from Martin Bowe. Made booking very straightforward and was much cheaper than booking direct wirh msc. I would recommend and use him again.

Our consultant with Need That Cruise has provided outstanding service to us since we started using this agent to book our holidays.

Carla Hayden always gets us the best deal possible and is super efficient. Her communication skills are excellent and everything is so smoothe and effortless.

We have booked multiple holidays, mostly cruises, with Carla over the last year and will keep on doing so until the money runs out!

Leanne has the patience of a saint. Myself and my friend Mark have been firing off a variety of cruises for her to quote. We eventually managed to agree on a holiday (between 2 couples) to the Caribbean in October. Leanne has been tremendous throughout and managed to tailer a trip for a good price. Thank you Leanne x

I saw the cruise that we wanted on a Facebook post. I contacted Martin who checked my requirements and found me several cabins to choose from with very good prices. Excellent service and when I needed to add a cabin, he sorted that out too 🙌🏾

Saw a cruise we liked the look of and Carla managed to save us quite a chunk of money on it. She responded quickly to our questions and sorted everything out brilliantly.
