I LOVE Need Supply Co! They have awesome products at awesome prices. I can always find the accessories and clothes that I need and I don't have to search the world to find them. I don't know how I ever shopped before Need Supply Co! Their customer service is top notch and the quality of their products are unmatched.

I LOVE Need Supply. Their clothing, accessories, and jewelry selections are wonderful. They really have something for everyone, and the price points are perfect. Need Supply's dresses, tops, and bottoms are great for any type of occasion from a day on the beach to a fancy party, and every type of event in between.

Need Supply's customer service and return policy are top notch, very helpful, and easy. Also don't miss Need Supply's blog, Instagram, and Lookbook—they always give me constant style inspiration and new fashion ideas.

Need Supply is one of my go-to shopping sites. From staple seasonal dresses to funky accessories, I always find unique pieces that are one-of-a-kind and are just simply irresistible. The only problem is that I want to buy pretty much everything that I see!!

I always bring out-of-towners to shop at Need Supply because its collection of clothes and shoes are so creative and different from any other store. I appreciate their accessories too. My visitors always are impressed by Need's creativity. So am I!

Need Supply offers up fashion forwards pieces that put you ahead of the game. Styles that may not make their way to a smaller city hit the shelves at least 5 years ahead of schedule at Need. The staff is very knowledgeable and provides top notch customer service. You won't find the same kind of shopping experience anywhere else in town. They carry more obscure brands and you can even buy them at the click of your mouse. Their online business has blossomed into something huge. People buy from this small retailer all over the world.

If you can't make it to New York, Paris or London stop at Need Supply and get your hands on the runway look you desire. They even have a great selection of shoes and accessories to complete your look. Walking into this beautifully designed store is retail therapy enough. Don't forget to catch up on the blog. I have been a loyal customer at Need Supply since 2002. For a city like Richmond to have access to the brands and quality of goods that Need has, it's a real treasure. Every time I've wanted to go check out a new brand, item, or just see what's new, the sales team has been on point. Everyone on the floor is super knowledgeable about the products, and definitely tries to help me find exactly what works for me. They know about everything from care instructions to how to go about altering things, and always throw in good recommendations about what to look out for in the future. Most of the companies they carry have a high quality of manufacturing, but they definitely also have good bargains on almost all occasions. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who's passing through, or local Richmond residents who are sick of the lack of real shopping options at the county malls.

I got a sweet watch from Needs Supply, along with a pretty sweet band. My wife only allows me to shop at JCrew, and for her this watch was 'off registry', but she was impressed with how Needsupply cultivates the merchandise. So even fashion fools (like myself) can order something cool and when I get it, not worry whether my metro friends will think I am have fashion downs. I can just say: Don't judge me punks! I've got people who do my wardrobe, go get some manscaping and leave the duds to me.

Love shopping here...everything is current, but not trendy...a small store, but spread out so that you don't get that "trapped" feeling looking through the items...staff is incredible and go out of their way to please.
My only complaint...and it's a tiny one...the concrete floors are hard on the feet

I can't find anything in Richmond _ or Washington for that matter _ approaching Need Supply's offerings. They're unique, cool, and I want to own everything I see there. The staff is attentive but not intrusive, too. Super friendly, as well.

Need Supply Co. has been on my bookmark bar for several years now because of their unparalleled mix of designer and and affordable clothes for women (and men.) The site is clean and minimalist. They did a recent re-design which has made it even more user-friendly. I'm also impressed at how fast my deliveries arrive! The overall shopping experience combined with the excellent customer service takes me back to the site time and time again.

Great shopping to be done in this store whenever I pass thru Richmond. When I'm home, love the site and the blog. Up and coming designers as well as the regular favorites of each season...Fantastic customer service...

I'm consistently pleased with the product mix offered online and in-store. Not only does their brand mix allow for dynamic options, but allows for an equally vast range of pricing for my pocketbook...eazy life, OR Yeezy life. whether the online experience or the tactile exchange during my visits to Richmond, the staff is always knowledgable and professional. it makes sense why they have managed to flourish as an independent store in a challenging economy and the sea of promotional-heavy vertical chain doors. big-ups to Need Supply, little-ups to everyone else.

Needsupply is like the really cool girl or guy you want to be friends with then wear everything in their closet. Hip without trying to hard online destination for content and shopping. A clean and smartly curated collection of clothes, shoes and accessories. Everything feels original and high quality. I also love their blog and social media threads "Dude to Know" and #cozyvilleusa; they make creativity look easy.

All of the mainstays in my closet are from Need Supply Co. Keep an eye out for the exclusives & collaborations w/ great designers.

Impressive, crisp, and innovative. From day one these guys have supplied a consistently high quality selection of product. They purposefully source merchandise from a diverse array of vendors. In short, there is something here for everyone. Give their online site a go, and try to tell me I'm wrong.
