Need Supply Co. Arvostelua 

I ordered an item for 7 and found that several payments were made over two days all to different companies. My account has been cleaned and I have to try to get 100 back. Too good to be true offers.

I was lured in by their (wildly cheap) closeout sale. Immediately when the items came, I knew I messed up. They all came sealed in their own plastic bags (think Shein). I got a couple of jumpsuits that were allegedly all mediums but...when I tried them on they were such a strange fit. It's as though the pant portion was a size small and the top was a size large. I'm a full C right now and I didn't come close to filling out the bust while from the waist down it was pretty tight. I got a few dressed that wouldn't fit over my hips or over my shoulders. I don't know what Need Supply thinks a medium is, but this certainly ain't it. I can't believe that they were selling almost all of these items for over $100. The only thing I can wear is a faux fur coat that I (thank goodness) got in a size large. Since they aren't accepting any returns, I'll likely be selling almost all of the items I received. Thank GOD they're going out of business. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from them. Let them sit on their inventory and think about what they did.

The website had two different sizes charts for one of their dresses. I ordered the wrong size because of this confusion. When I reached out to customer service, they were deliberately not helpful and rude. This company does not look out for its customers and does not help solve problems.

The company misrepresented the sizing of a $120 pair of shoes on their web site. When the shoes arrived and were marked differently and consequently did not fit, they refused to accept a return.

Not sure why reviews are so low here. I ordered $180 adidas sneakers for $65 on needsupply and order was processed and shipped same day. Arrived at my house in 2 days. Perfect smooth transaction would 100% order again 🙏.

Really disappointed Need Supply decided, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic to stop including a return shipping with their online orders.

In a time when people need to self isolate to protect lives and the integrity of our healthcare system, they have audacity of expecting customers who simply supporting their business to line up at the post office to get return labels to save a few bucks?! Profits>the lives of those supporting your business. Really poor form Need Supply. 👎👎👎

Please stay away from this company, please. I purchased a pair of chuck Taylors from them, which was half a size big. The person who I purchased it for did not even try it because he was abroad, just asked me on the phone to change it for a smaller size, which I did. I sent the shoes in its original box, in untouched pristine condition, and waited for my refund. Instead, this company sent the shoes back to me stating that they could not honor the return, because it is not in original box and not in unused condition. This is pure lie and dishonesty. I wish I could post the pictures of the shoes in its original box, even the original tie of the laces are not touched. They will tell every lie to you not to honor the return of their own merchandise, even if you have already purchased the correct size from them. They should not be in this business at all. I wish there were an option for 0 stars or negative stars.

I wanted to write a review for Need Supply Co because before ordering from them I read these reviews, and they made me a little concerned. I ordered some specialty Converse from them despite the reviews. The order shipped and arrived within a week. The Item that I ordered was in excellent condition. Everything was as expected.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They have the worst, most inflexible customer service. They are NOT a good company. They don’t actually care about their customers. Obviously a cute collection of clothes and designers, but not worth supporting this company. I would rather support true small businesses who care about their customers.

Avoid them like the plague! When my order arrived they had obviously sent the wrong size. When I contacted them, they expected me to pay for the return costs (which were about 50% of the cost of the shoes). Beware! Their so-called Return Policy puts the entire burden on YOU even when the screwup was their fault. When I contacted them regarding their providing shipping costs for the return due to their error, to no surprise, communication stopped. Be warned.

Deserves a better rating. Great local place for any large or subculture release.

I ordered before reading all of the negative reviews, so I got a little worried, especially about long shipping times as I bought something for a trip. Two days after I ordered, I emailed customer service about shipping times, and they emailed me back a few hours later. The item actually shipped a couple of hours after. The order was in the correct size and I am very pleased.

Worst customer service! They evidently take up to 14 days to process a return and when you contact them, they could care less if you ever shop with them again. Buy elsewhere!

I really don't understand the bad reviews. My husband purchased a dress and I'm really happy with the style and fit overall. The shipping was pretty fast. I'm removing one star because I emailed customer service and never received a response.
Overall it was a great experience and would definitely buy from them again.

Horrible! I’ve been waiting 3 months for my order and just received my message that says it’s just been shipped. Still haven’t even received it. Completely waste of my money.

Absolutely horrible experience. Much like the comments below had my order cancelled due to it being flagged as fraud, customer service was no help whatsoever. I gave them another chance and this time when I received my order they failed to pay for postage although I was given free two shipping, so when the order came I had to pay $11 to receive my shoes from the post office. This place is an absolute joke. Please shop elsewhere!

the one star reviews are all wrong... this place is amazing! i wanted some sale items from need supply co, but the reviews kept me from purchasing... until i decided to just try them out for myself and i'm glad i did! very fast shipping too

Horrible customer service. Tried to order the same thing several times and it kept getting “flagged for fraud.” Customer service agent “Owen” was absolutely unhelpful. Couldn’t offer any solutions, didn’t even try and wouldn’t respond after like two messages. No one else was available for help suspiciously enough. Waste of time, will definitely not be ordering from here ever. And will be telling everyone I know as well. Wow but after reading all of these reviews I’m actually grateful that my charges were canceled. Clearly they are just an all around unreliable company. Dodged a bullet!!

Unreliable online purchase. They do not check if credit card address matches shipping address. I was billed 108,89 CA $, for a purchase I did not make! Credit card is now void and Master Card is investigating the fraud!
