2 month wait and poor service
I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.
I placed an order nearly two months ago and the entire process has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. After placing my order, I was later informed that items were out of stock, despite being available at the time of purchase. This caused significant delays, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates.
Communication throughout was poor. Responses were inconsistent, often delayed, and did not always address my questions fully.
In terms of the items themselves, I received part of my order, and while it was okay, it was definitely not “one-to-one” as advertised. There were noticeable differences in the design compared to what was shown online. My second item is still on the way.
One of the biggest issues was delivery. I had provided an updated address, which was confirmed, yet the parcel was still sent to my university address that I no longer had access to. This created a real risk of missing the delivery entirely. I was also not initially provided with a usable Royal Mail tracking number, meaning I had no way to manage or redirect the delivery myself. This was especially frustrating as I had experienced the same issue with a previous order.
Given the delays, the order also missed the purpose I had originally bought the items for, which made the entire experience even more disappointing.
Although the parcel was eventually dispatched with premium delivery and I was told the shipping cost would be refunded, this was only after I had to chase multiple times.
Overall, the service felt unorganised and far from professional. Between the delays, lack of clear communication, incorrect delivery handling, and products not fully matching what was advertised, I would advise others to be cautious before ordering.
