Pam Knight was my customer service…

Pam Knight was my customer service agent and she was absolutely phenomenal. By far one of the best I have ever gotten with any company. She was patient. Kind and so helpful. Pam- keep being a bright spot for those that call or are around you. You made a bad day sooo much happier. Thank you.

Money stolen from my credit card with no refund so far

Worse experience I had in my life in an nutshell:
- Not able to change my flight through the interface (bug)
- Asked an agent to do so and she wrongly double charged me for the change (taking 500 GBP while the initial cost was 130 GBP)
- They wrongly deleted my flight back on the way back in the UI for 48 hours and then solved it
- Reimbursement has not been issued yet after a week, while it was their fault
- I had to follow up 6 times and lost 5 hours of my time already, while this service is about making people's life easier

Will definitely not use this again.

if only they had an option for negative…

if only they had an option for negative 5 stars. 1 star is Far too generous for this company. if you have a choice, do not Subject Your staff to using this for travel. they will absolutely Hate travel, and after a few times will refuse to travel using Navan Period. 100 other travel sites work better than this one. You are foced to pick a flight, but not knowing if they have seats for you, or where the seats are, or pick a seat. then you must COMMIT/BOOK the flight, and no refunds.. then you find out days later that they assigned you a random seat in the middle seat, or back of the plane, or make you wait till you get to the airport to get a seat. WORST Experience booking business travel in 30 years.

Hotel and car pricing are WAY higher…

Hotel and car pricing are WAY higher than travel codes with partners.
So many steps to complete an expense (trip...wth).
Horrible customer service.

I wish it was what they say

This was the platform I had been dreaming about. Unfortunately, it simply does not operate reliably. Most booking ends with an error message. Now we have log-in issues even though we are signing in via Google Sign in. Overall the sit is kinda trash, in that you get a million booking options from Priceline to every other site on the internet, so the booking experience is horrible. Then at every stage you are presented with Navan booking and or their credit card.

Sadly this product does not live up to the dream I thought it. I wish they would simply raise the monthly fee, if they need money, and stop the stupid game of scrapping booking fees on these stupid price aggregators

Truly amazing

Truly amazing. Thanks to the staff's friendly and prompt response. They quickly understood my needs and provided a clear solution, which immediately put my mind at ease.

What stood out the most was their attention to detail. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that I wouldn't face any inconvenience. Ihr „Punkte“-System ist unsinnig und irreführend. Dieses Unternehmen ist ein großartiges Beispiel dafür, dass man eine beschissene App haben und trotzdem überleben kann, wenn man „B2B“ geht. Ich habe im Grunde das Dreifache von dem, was ich für ein Hotel hätte ausgeben sollen, weil ich über Navan statt über Expedia oder Booking.com gebucht habe. Nie wieder.

Signed up and opened an account and had booked a Hotel and then my account is suspended. That in itself isn't that bad if they actually responded to emails asking why it was suspended. It really stinks of a scam as they had conveniently got my credit card details before they suspended my account. AVOID

They suspended my account with credits without explanation

I'm absolutely disgusted with navan.com and feel compelled to warn others about their terrible service. I had been using their platform for almost a year, booked hotels and flights, I had around $100 in credits that I was hoping to use for future reservations.

During my last attempt to make a reservation, my account was suddenly suspended without any explanation whatsoever. I was in the middle of booking and had no idea what I had done wrong. The lack of communication from their end was beyond frustrating, especially since I had credits that were essentially rendered useless.

I immediately tried to reach out for help through their support email, but guess what? I never received a reply. Days went by with no response, and my attempts to resolve the issue through email fell on deaf ears.

I turned to their Facebook and tried their support page. Again, nothing. Their social media team seems just as unresponsive as their email support. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

Most of their hotel options are ridiculously overpriced, yet I kept using them because of the credit benefits and discounts. However, their reservation system is so overly complicated that it feels like a chore every time you try to book something. It's as if they designed it to confuse users rather than help them.

Aggressive dynamic pricing and dumb trip fees

Navan is the worst. They consistently use dynamic pricing and raised the price of a flight that I was looking at by $80 within a 30 minute time window. This happens every time! Their non-refundable trip fees are a joke too; I had to cancel a flight and had no choice to rebook with them because my company uses them.

Terrible expense UX. I wish my company hadn't switched...

I wish my company hadn't switched to Navan. Expense intake is terrible. Every click of a button makes you wait for a few seconds. Fields are not intuitive. French translations are bad. Auto detection from receipt takes a long time and is often wrong. UI is not explicit as to what field is missing (violet border on an all violet app, that's far from intuitive / visible). Fiscal country is often impossible to edit once you used the receipt detection (and it's often incorrect so that's pretty problematic). The fiscal part is pretty unintelligible for the layman (what is auto-liquidation? multiple tax fields? not automatically filled).

An travel coordinator MUST HAVE!

I have been an Exec Asst for 15 years and Ive used a multitude of platforms for travel. When I tell you this platform is HANDS DOWN the best Ive used, I mean it. It is quite intuitive, so easy to manage (especially when you have lots of travelers or in my case, juggling multiple clients with multiple employees!), great UX, great UI and when and if you have an issue, their customer service is available by chat 24/7 and they do the heavy lifting to fix or find alternative travel options. I could not be happier with their portal :)

Great Business Travel Tool with Room for Reward Improvements

We’ve been using Navan for our business bookings, and it’s been a fantastic experience overall. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to manage all of our travel arrangements in one place. The integration of flights, hotels, and rental cars is seamless, saving us both time and effort when coordinating trips for our team.

However, as a third-party booking site, we've found that most of the time, rewards points for flights and hotels aren't registered or added to our accounts. It would be incredibly helpful if Navan could allow us to collect these rewards for all our bookings. Additionally, it would be great if Navan rewards could be applied not only to hotel stays but also towards flights or rental cars, giving us more flexibility in how we use them.

Overall, Navan has been a reliable tool for our business travel, and we look forward to seeing these improvements in the future!
