Nightmare for frequent travelers. If you are a frequent traveler and have status with airlines or hotels. Your travel experience will go downhill significantly. Forget about a easy flight change or using your AA systemwide upgrades or making a itinerary change. You are going from whatever status you had to hours on hold and working out issues. Please consider your traveling team members or at least set expectations. I could go on and on.

Book our work plane ticket through Navan, it was awesome. No problem. Plane flight's we where on, everyone was so friendly.

What I like most is the speed of reimbursement. The ability to implement a travel/expense policy is great.
The process of booking a flight or hotel is intuitive and easy.
What we miss is the support for the Euro as we are in the EU but our official currency is different. Secondly, hotels sometimes refuse to issue a valid tax invoice, which we try to get around by paying at the hotel.

First of all the UI is amazing making it very easy to understand. The performance of the application is good, I booked my travel tickets from navan and did not face any lagging issue. It also helped me decide which category of flight to pick by showing me the comparison between different categories.

Decent interface and potential, but when things go wrong they provide 0 support - that is, unless you pay $25. Their business model must be struggling if they need to charge people to use their own product. I tried to book a flight, was unable to from a nondescript error and my only alternative was to pay Navan $25 to get support. Something is clearly very wrong here.

this is an amazing platform, the navigations couldn´t be easier. the information management is good, and it certainly gives intuitive reports. great for small and medium companies!

Beware of travel credits.
1. They expire and Navan does not notify you of expiration.
2. If your new ticket is more expensive, you can apply each credit to one ticket - you cannot aggregate your credits to one ticket.

If your new ticket is cheaper it's also problematic, you can only book online using the credits if the new ticket costs exactly the same or more than your credit, otherwise the system automatically rejects it and charges you cash. I reached out and the consultant told me if your new ticket is cheaper you have to get a consultant to do it manually - how would I know? They say eventually someone would reach out by email to ask but it's after they charge me cash for the new ticket. They charged me for the new ticket even though I have enough credit to cover the cheaper ticket and the credit was going to expire.

There definitely a lack of transparency here, they can easily build a pop-up that ask the customer if they want to forfeit the residual amount of the credit. This is not the way to treat your customer.

Set was easy from start, even the the complex items items like expenses and policy set up.
absolutely love that reward points transalate to actual dollar value that you can use and are quickly reedemable.
Although, the interface does get some getting used & support can be slow but otherwise one of the best B2B travel platforms I've used.

Navan apps on desktop or Cellphone is very easy and very convenient to use. Plus they offer a lot of freebeis and travel point when booking with them. They offer a lot of travel package at low price. There's a lot of option for business or personal travel. Customer service is very helpful on any travel issue. Nice job Navan!

Navan has been an excellent addition to our tech stack. It's made our expense and travel program so much more efficient, and we know we're getting the best prices on our team's travel when we book on the Navan platform.

Navan is a very user-friendly platform and easy to use. I always find better hotel prices compared to other sites, and whenever I need support, an agent helps me quickly. The only downside is the $25 fee every time I require assistance. Occasionally, the platform won’t let me book certain flights it displays, showing an error instead, which forces me to contact an agent. But overall, I really like the platform!

The search is efficient, and the options presented are good.
Flights are well connected to the airlines, the process of buying works well and then it updates news about the flight.
Renting cars is equally good.

Navan makes it super easy to collect and submit expenses for reimbursement.
