Great system for users, only OK for admins

The user experience is great. I'm talking about the person booking the trip, taking the trip and submitting expenses. The admin experience needs to be improved. The amount of time spent with the data (reviewing, then "cleaning" for import into our finance system) is too much. Overall, Navan is a really good travel and expense system.

Happy Navan user.

My experience with Navan has been excellent. I use the platform for both business and personal travel. What I like most is the time savings in booking travel all in one place and that all my travel related membership details are on the platform and are added to any travel that I plan. I literally can book trips in minutes that include, airfare, hotels and rental cars.
Once the trip is planned, I can then reference my upcoming trip on my Navan app on my phone and if necessary, reach out for support from friendly Navan support. I highly recommend using the platform.

Navan has really stepped up their…

Navan has really stepped up their customer service skills and it is appreciated. It is so easy to send my team on their to book their travel or for me to book when they don't have time. I am able to get invoices immediately, showing if a credit was used. The only thing I wish was more efficient, is getting receipts when Navan books using a third party, like Priceline. I do recommend this company based on ease of use and ability to keep employees accountable to take care of this part of their jobs. All travel information is sent directly to both them and I.

Booking my own travel is quite easy

Booking my own travel is quite easy. I also like that I can book personal travel. Booking for others outside the organization is somewhat obscure and it's hard to go back and find the traveler information and trips after they have occurred.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Booking information in Navan was wrong, but they refused to take responsibility and I had to pay for it out of pocket. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. VP of a tech company. Undertook 3 comparisons of Navan flights vs going direct to the airline. It was significantly more expensive (£1k+) & is a nightmare if you need to change your flight. Seriously the worst piece of “tech” our business has ever bought.

the app is too complicate

the app is too complicate, even you cannot export your expenses or don`t warning about if something is refused or even if it is rejected doesn`t appear it the tab "rejected"
they have a state "submitted for reimbursement” that simply don`t pay you and nobody tell anything

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the confusion with the app and your expense experience. To clarify, Navan does send both in-app and email notifications when an expense is rejected, but we understand the importance of making this clearer and easier to navigate.

Once expenses are submitted for reimbursement, it’s then up to your company’s internal team to review and process the payment.

I hope this is helpful, and I recommend reaching out to your Navan admin within your organisation for more clarity on your company’s expense process.

It's a very easy platform to use

It's a very easy platform to use. Keeps all employees expenses in one place, easy to book, easy to upload expenses (cash), approval workflows are available and ensure every expense is tracked correctly.
Customer care is always available and willing to help. For a big group like us Storio group, which holds different locations and brands, makes the difference to have all in one place.

I like the surface and the bill7report overview.
I'm missing the possibilty to book multiple legs, also the flod of emails after a bookings of reminders and offers are too much.

The problem was not solved

The problem was not solved, I had to contact you 3 times, spoke to tdiferent agent, no one of them recognized the problem. The last emil I send the pictures of the problem and proof that is not an operatior error and your response was, we do not have time at the momemnt to solve that issue.....
