Easy ordering and delivery

Easy ordering and delivery, seamless service end to end.
Undecided about this product still, feels quite sticky at first but then smooths out - just smells like sun cream

I am extremely dissatisfied with my…

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Nature Spell. I placed an order for their products and it has been a nightmare ever since.
My parcel was delayed five times, each time with a different excuse. When I reached out to customer service, I was assured that my order would be prioritized. Unfortunately, things only got worse. After the initial delays, I was informed six more times that there was an "issue with delivery." This level of incompetence and lack of reliability is unacceptable.
Despite numerous attempts to get a clear explanation and a firm delivery date, I was met with unhelpful responses and no real resolution. Finally, after all these delays and issues, Nature Spell cancelled my order altogether. As a customer, I feel completely disregarded and frustrated by the entire process.
I had high hopes for Nature Spell based on the reviews, but my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I would advise anyone considering purchasing from them to be cautious and prepared for potential delays, poor customer service, and even the possibility of order cancellation.
I will not be ordering from Nature Spell again, and I hope they take serious steps to improve their delivery processes and customer support.
