I’ve been using the growsmary syrup for a while as I had issues with thinning areas. I can honestly say I’ve never had a product work as well as it says it does. My hairs softer, thicker, doesn’t get as greasy as quickly. I recently purchased the rapunzel shampoo and conditioner so watch out there may be a new cousin it on the loose with all this hair!

What an amazing product. I have had scalp psoriasis for YEARS and tried every prescription shampoo and gel going. This scalp treatment is a godsend and it easily washes out so my hair doesn’t feel greasy. This is my third order. Really, really recommend.

I think I have written a couple of reviews on hair syrup before, but I have to give another. Hair Syrup is AMAZING!! I am a hairdresser and have only ever used ‘salon only’ products on my daughter. Well, the game has changed and she only uses hair syrup, from shampoo & Conditioner right through to the towel on her head and the brush she uses. Being a Pembrokeshire resident, my heart is also routing for Lucie. Just an amazing brand ❤️

I never write a review on a product ever but I’ve been using the Growsmary syrup twice a week since Feb and it’s honestly made such a different to my hair! I feel so much more confident wearing my hair down now!

I have been loving the Growsmary Oil from Hair Syrup and have been using it consistently for almost a year. I have noticed new growth, healthier and shinier hair and more volume and couldn’t be happier. I was a little disappointed with the packaging my most recent order came in however, it wasn’t in its usual box and the envelope was stuffed with a dust like substance that went every where when I opened it. However, the product is still amazing !!

Hair syrup is a brand I trust and respect. With most products I question ‘is this really good for me?’ But with hair syrup I never have that doubt. Being a Welsh girl myself I love the fact they are also a Welsh based company, supporting local communities. My hair has definitely improved since using hair syrup with increased growth and shiner, healthier hair. I’ve even got my mum using hair syrup, mint condition, which improved her itchy inflamed scalp after the first use!! I recommend hair syrup to everyone!! Thank you hair syrup!! ❤️

Products do what they say they will, products last a good length of time

wow! what can i say! hairsyrup has transformed my hair from box dyed black, brittle and dead to long healthy brunette. i found out a month ago i have alopecia and after i found out i ordered for the first time and just ordered the full rapunzel range as well as growsmary and zen. thank you for making hairsyrup and making me confident in my hair!

Best hair product i have bought for ages! Used on holiday to protect my hair and have used it since! Hair is glossy and feels thicker.

I had hair extensions which left me with bald patches, I bought growsmary and it has helped the growth so much within 2-3 weeks that I no longer feel insecure about my hair!

Breaking UK consumer Law

I placed an order and Royal Mail misrouted and failed to deliver the package.
I told them and they said I would get a refund once Royal Mail deliver the package back to them.

This is against UK consumer law; I have been asking for my money back for days and when I ask for an update they say I will get my refund back once they get the package from Royal Mail.

As this is a dispute between HS and Royal Mail not the consumer.

I have made a complaint and if I have to I will initiate a formal chargeback claim with my bank.

Avoid this company at all costs.
I have never had such a bad experience with a business in my life. This was the first time I have ordered from them and it is safe to say I will never be placing another order.

I love how my blow-dry stays for days after using the oils! I've been using it for almost 1 1/2 years.

Every product I order does exactly what it says on the bottle 😍

The shampoo and conditioner is no different. Usually products take a few weeks or months before you notice the difference. Not this time, I woke up the next morning, my curls were revitalised without any curl creams or gel and it felt so soft and bouncy. 100% recommend to a friend. Also, it is super affordable and cheaper than the shampoo and conditioner I was using before so I am super pleased!

I want to love the new shampoo and conditioner but for me, it smells more chemically than the leave in conditioner spray and syrup. You have to use a lot to be able to get a good lather, and when you are shampooing twice you are using a lot of product!

I’ve been using hairsyrup for years now and it has transformed my hair. I’ve just used their new shampoo & conditioner and WOW am I impressed. I knew it would be amazing but I’m blown away! The shampoo lathers up so much and the conditioner is so soft, not to mention it smells amazing too! Dried my hair and SHUT THE FRONT DOOR. My hair is so soft, shiny and frizz free! New Shampoo and Conditioner. With my menopausal dry hair I have been using the syrups for over a year now and they have made my hair less brittle and dry. With the new shampoo and conditioner now out I had to to try them. Wow, the shampoo lathers really well and the conditioner leaves my hair soft and manageable. Also keeps my scalp dandruff free. Will be buying again and again!

Just recieved the full rapunzel bundle and wow !! The shampoo and conditioner is threat I have ever used.
