Bought a hangboard (Stoak Board II) and small brush during the spring clearance sale. The board had no apparent imperfections, the brush has one bundle of bristles missing. Both were reduced significantly so I think tjat was a great deal. The quality is excellent

Dreadful Service
You promised me Christmas delivery and the package only arrived 2-days ago. Your note explaining “ that your great popularity was what delayed the shipment“ was tone-deaf to say the least. Also the complete lack of communication , despite my several requests was insulting. Great product, disastrous back-room function.
