Would have been 5 stars if my £2k worktop included a care pack as described on their QR care code. Took me ages to source the basic cleaning kit that they recommended. Office staff and fitting team were very professional and friendly,

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. Whilst measuring up gave advice to make sure the work tops looked there best and minimising joints that showed. The two gentleman men that fitted the work tops were extremely professional and polite. I can’t recommend this company enough. Would use again in a heartbeat. Thank you Natural Stone Surfaces!!

Excellent product but make sure that you order EXACTLY what you want, any variations in your order will be charged handsomely.
Fitters were extremely careful and fitted the worktops and upstands very well indeed and left the site clean and tidy.

Installation was excellent.
There were occasions as we went through the process we felt less like a customer, particularly around the build up to the measurement session. Felt dictated to.

The communication was perfect
The communication was perfect, the people were very informative. The work top was amazing and the fitters were clean and tidy.
The only criticism I can say was the fitters were sick on the first planned visit so delayed our project but it can’t be helped.

Professional and courteous.
The team that measured up and carried out the final installation were very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with the final installation, however, Natural Stone cancelled our 1st installation 6 hours before they were due to arrive, the gas hob and sink had been disconnected in readiness so both had to be reinstated.

We love our new quartz worktop, upstand and windowsill. From the measuring to the fitting it was only a week, which we were delighted with. It has been fitted really well and we would recommend Natural Stone Surfaces.
