Lovely professional staff
Lovely professional staff - very clear upfront information which is shared multiple times (if you read the emails). The person who measured up discussed the install process and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The guys that came to install were professional efficient and tidy making sure everything was right before leaving.

Surveyor came and undertook his measurements and was knowledgable in his field of expertise. Within two weeks the worktops were fitted buy two lads who were professional and very tidy. All the staff we met were all polite and nice to talk to. I would highly recommend this company. Well done Natural Stone Surfaces 👍🏻

Absolutely brilliant all the way…
Absolutely brilliant all the way through. We got our quartz worktop from Natural Stones after we got the Kitchen from DIY. Their communication was always brilliant. We booked in a day for the template and the kitchen was ready for it. The guy arrived early and was very friendly and efficient. One week later they came in and installed it . Again, superb service and very friendly and helpful all the way through. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

The template person was very helpful with advising on a couple of issues we had with choices open to us.
The fitters were really easy to work with, allowing me to fit the tap before putting the quartz in place. Really fast and no troubles whatsoever.

Service and product outstanding.
Communication was excellent, the staff were very helpful and the product excellent.
Everything was made clear about what was needed for templating and the timing was explained beforehand. (With hindsight I would have booked for it to be templated sooner as it is a 14 day notice period which is worth noting).
The guys that came to fit the quartz were very polite and professional.
Absolutely delighted and wouldn’t hesitate based on my experience in recommending the company.

Great service and the granite is beautiful.
We had a very long delay on getting our kitchen finished but they organised a convenient time to come out to template. The guy answered all of my questions and he explained and showed me different ways to over hang the cupboards. They then came out after about a week to fit my worktops and made sure I knew that the silicone had to be covered as I had a new door being fitted as he said this can cause problems. They left all the cleaning and granite protector which I never got with my other property. I would highly recommend them.

First class product and first class installation
Although we had a few problems getting the templating appointment (think this was mainly Wickes fault), when the guy came on the appointed day he was very organised and efficient. The worktops arrived 2 weeks later, delivered by Dave and Jordan. They were really nice guys, super efficient and did an excellent job transforming our skeleton kitchen into a thing of beauty. The product looks first class and exactly what we were hoping for. Very satisfied customers!

Had our quartz top fitted
Had our quartz top fitted by them. Can't fault the whole process from the bloke doing the template to the two men who fitted the worktops.
Communication with the company was thorough & very helpful. There was a hiccup with the fitting but the fitters managed to get round the problem & the result is stunning,finishes off our new kitchen beautifully.
Would definitely recommend them.

Lance and Simon fitted our stone work top today. they arrived on time and were very friendly and made a truly excellent job of fitting the work top. they were a joy to have on the job, checked everything and cleaned down the work area and left everything tidy and even re-grouted the original other worktops.
