Natural Paving Store Arvostelua

Competitive priced. The slabs all in perfect condition Including the bonus slab. The slabs were wrapped with a protective sheet between each layer. I was kept informed of where the delivery was on it's journey. They arrived on time. This Company Under promised and over delivered. A very good Company

Fantastic to deal with, very helpful lady on the phone when I rang to discuss samples. Once ordered the slabs came within a few days at a competitive price. Would use again 👍🏻. Thanks!

The company seems to be very professional, and the stones were delivered earlier than promised. Thank you for the good service.

Quick delivery and kept fully informed from order to receipt. Put up on our drive and absolutely no breakages. Good price Inc free delivery and great advise.

Absolutely brilliant service and the quality of the products is superb - thanks Millie you are great!!

Excellent communication and friendly staff. Delivery was super fast and efficient. I even had some left over which they picked up and refunded without any issues!

This company seemed promising but a total waste of time and disappointing experience in the end. They promise free delivery but then called me to say that the lorry will not be able to make it on my road. I explained that it was utter rubbish as I have 18 tonne lorries dropping off deliveries on my road all the time. So even though my order was already placed and processed, they wanted me to pay an additional fee for delivery which was sold as free on the website in order for them to use a van instead. I told them absolutely not and cancelled the order. You cannot sell something as free to a customer and then demand a charge. Meanwhile thankfully I found a proper company called Nustone and they delivered my order on my road with an 18 tonne lorry! Enough said!

Ordered a sample - arrived quickly and quality is good - will be ordering

Product is good, price was good. Delivered on time and no breakages. Good service all round.

Friendly service and quality product, well packed.

Nice helpful reception girl prompt and on time

Customer service was brilliant, ordered and delivered the next day. Pavers are beautiful. Thank you

Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. All coping stones were delivered in good condition, we were kept updated on delivery times and given a delivery slot which was kept to, the delivery driver helpfully delivered the stones to the top of the driveway and we were even given a few complimentary extra coping stones.

Great quality, easy to order and very quick delivery 1000% be using again .

Great product with good delivery thanks.

Fast and efficient service with free delivery couldnt be happier.

Great value, quality of material, colours, made my small project possible in a costly world.

Competitively priced, quick, professional delivery and very well packaged product. Already recommended to family and will use again if need arises

Excellent service throughout. Great advice received at their showroom, lots to see there. Ordered a paving circle which arrived a few days later. Very impressed!!

Incredible service from the first phone call to placing the order a few days later. I first called flustered on the Saturday I spoke to the most incredible gentleman named Nick, he gave some valuable advice and guided me through what I should look out for when the landscape project began. I instantly knew I wanted to spend my money there, and that’s what we did. We changed our mind on the light grey to the Everest pearl and called up Tuesday morning to place the order. Millie dealt with my call and actually advised me that I was ordering too many of the smaller ones and it would be better cost effective to order the bigger packs of slabs, saving us a couple of hundred pounds. She was absolutely lovely on the phone calls I had with her and then the tiles arrived Wednesday morning! Excellent customer service and we are delighted with the tile colour and choice. Since Covid I have personally felt there isn’t such thing as Custer service anymore and yet they completely changed my opinion. Thankyou Nick and Millie for your outstanding support to me and all the guidance and helpful tips and just being genuine caring humans. I can’t thank you enough for everything! Should we ever need you guys again we will be coming for you! All the best and Thankyou once again nick and Millie….. aka the dream team!
