Natural Paving Store Arvostelua

Easy to order. Communication was great arrived on time

Helpful, friendly and arrived on time.

Excellent hassle free order. The company offered the quantity of granite paving slabs that I needed rather than having to buy a full pack. The price was competitive and once ordered, communication was excellent, right though to the delivery day. I was surprised at how short the time was between order and delivery. I would recommend them over other companies who I found were not flexible in the quantity of slabs they would suppy. Thank you Natural Paving Store - top service

Brilliant customer service

I ordered some porcelain edging planks on 4th August, they were despatched to my local delivery depot on 5th and were delivered to me this morning, 6th, by 9.30 a.m. I was kept informed of delivery. Palletways driver was very courteous and helpful. I would happily recommend naturalpavingstore and Palletways for their excellent service.

Purchased a sandstone circular patio kit. Good quality product, ordering g was easy and delivery was on time with good communication.

Ordered a paving sample on line
Very easy and delivered within a few days. Good serv

I've ordered outdoor slate tiles from this store twice in the past year. Pre-sales communication was good and delivery was fairly quick. The tiles themselves are really nice, good quality and look great in our garden.

However, both times they delivered there were lots of broken slabs. Of course they say you should check for breakages at delivery, but both times the broken slabs were near the bottom of the very heavy pallet, so we didn't discover the breakages until we were actually laying the tiles the following week.

In the event, we had just enough unbroken paving slabs for our project and didn't need to raise the issue with Natural Paving Store, so I can't say what their response would have been.

Excellent 5* Service from start to finish. Ordering was so easy, especially being able to speak directly to a member of staff, who in turn offered great advice which I gladly took. I was advised how long delivery took, (3 days) and the company they used, (Palletline). Everything was delivered on the due date by a very friendly and helpful delivery driver who even called ahead to say when he was arriving. The Camel Buff Indian Sandstone Paving Stones were perfect and at last our new Patio is finished and looking Fabulous. A HUGE Thank You All Round.

Item as described, delivery and service excellent.

Very good and reliable service

Natural Stone Paving were both helpful resolving any issues during the ordering process, their staff were knowledgeable about their products making me feel confident I was ordering the correct items, my order was processed and delivered within the quoted period, the product was well packaged meaning it is unlikely there will be damages.

Easy to order , reasonably priced, good quality , on time & well informed, what more do u need ..

Ordered over a 100 sqm of bodo white porcelain slabs for my patio had a very good price free delivery and came within a few days. Very happy with my purchase would definitely recommend natural paving stone.

After being let down by another supplier I called Natural Paving Store and was delighted to speak to real people who were friendly and helpful. The order was dispatched the same day, arriving two days later, and looks fabulous.
Thank you from one happy customer!

Communication was good, the delivery service was excellent and the delivery man was beyond helpful . A real pleasurable experience . The contents of my pallet were secure and well packed

Went to the shop and the team were very helpful showing slabs from the batches they had. We chose 3 palettes of Himalayan Grey which arrived on time and the quality was excellent with none chipped or broken. My builder remarked on the quality and condition, especially at a very reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you

I order 6 packs of porcelain tiles. They suggested a staggered delivery, 2 packs at a time to stop the driveway getting full of building materials. This went very well. They also sent me a video showing me how to cut the tiles to stop breakages, which stopped the breakages. Top customer service

They got it all right, product, quantity, no damage and on time. Excellent service
