Everything from the beginning till now, 9 months after the hair transplant procedure was great! They are very friendly and most importantly, the results are the ones I wanted.

Servizio davvero pessimo, quasi nessuno parla inglese, ti trattano in base ai soldi che spendi, ti trattano frettolosamente spiegandoti le cose in maniera frettoloso e senza interprete (servizio compenso nel preventivo che non c’è). Ti assegnano un hotel isolato dal mondo a un ora dalla clinica e 2 ore di distanza dal centro. Non raccomando questa clinica. Ti danno un numero verso post operazione che non risponde mai .

Went there from Canada for facelift surgery
As soon as they took my money they left me and 10 days of my trip I was at the clinic almost everyday but no one helped me
They did not refund my money they did not give me any accommodation. At the end they told me to prospond ur tickets for another week to have ur surgery scheduled. I knew it is all run around so I didn’t wanna wait any longer I came back
Please be extra careful they charge u for everything
They don’t welcome you with just a glass of water

My daughter had nose job with another clinic that was very nice and smooth they scheduled her on time and took money once she was on surgery room
If u need help after the surgery or any procedure, no one answers ur call or text

The entire experience was excellent, from the nurse to the surgeon to the receptionist thanks to Fahd he was amazing and a special thanks to Imen for the outstanding care.it was my second visit for the lower jaw implants looking forward for my next visit. 10 out of 10 keep up with the good job 🌸

La Clinica è il top. Ma non finirò mai di ringraziare il chirurgo dott. Reha. Ho avuto da lui, un intervento delicatissimo e complicatissimo che ha gestito con facilità in un ora e 50 minuti. In Italia, dottori specialisti, mi avevano preventivato 6/8 sedute per fare questo intervento. Il dott. Reha è un fuoriclasse nel mondo dell' implantologia. Grazie e complimenti dott. Reha. I had a breast lift, abdominoplasty, liposuction and bbl in this clinic. Before the operation everything was fine, but after the operation the doctor did not contact me at all. There was a metal clip left under my skin because of which the skin began to decompose. No one could explain to me how this happened. Non-absorbable sutures were placed on the navel; as a result, the navel does not heal well. When I asked the assistant about the stitches, the answer was the same: everything is fine! All the stitches are inflamed and still won’t go away. A large lump on my stomach has not gone away for a month now. For a month they say that everything is fine, it will pass. My doctor in my country said that this is not swelling and that I need to go for an ultrasound (perhaps a hernia or fat has not been removed all) I DO NOT ADVISE!

I came from UK to do my teeth with another clinic but when I got to Turkey the host clinic rep was not very welcoming so I changed to natural beauty clinic as I had on been in contact with their rep Baraa and was very good and professional , he is always helpful.

Even though there was a language barrier during my treatment, I still felt welcome as everyone had a welcoming smile .What I liked most is the infection control and pain management very good part of treatment,
never felt anything except during administration of pain control

So far so good as Im not done yet .Good vibes ,Good team spirit though I would suggest it's good to just write some welcoming words in English as you are an international clinic

I highly recommend this cleaning to anyone who wants do a dental treatment they all very professional and they exactly know what is the patient needs .l honesty didn't expect it how well they are planning everything for the good of patient. I had rhinoplasty surgery in April 2022
Result was pathetic and unsuccessful
I was asked to contact them after 12 months for correction but they don’t answer me anymore
I have left with imbalanced nose with one nostril being smaller than the other one

Bana bunun garantisini verdiler fakat aldigim protezler cok buyuk, ne kadar yapistirici kulansam kulanim tutmuyo, agzimdan dusuyor. Ønce siskinlik var diye dusundum ama degil, burda bi dis hekimine gøsterdim Adam bana gulup galiba sana yanlis protez vermisler, yani baskasininmi diye. Saka gibi.
Klinikle gørustum ve hic bir cøzum bulamiyorlar, ve burda protez yaptirmak en az 25 Bin danimarka kronu. Simdi ben iptal etigim toplantilarami uzuleyim, ugradigim zararami uzuleyim bilemiyorum, madi manevi cok zarara ugradim. Geri kalan 2ci seans tedavimi baska yerde yapacam.

We are a family of 3 and just returned from Istanbul last night.
We went to the clinic and we were asked to pay for an eye consultation which never took place.
We spent hours waiting for an appointment and when we reached the hospital the doctor had left and no eye examination took place.
During our consultation the nurse went in and out of the room to deal with other patients ,then came back to us after 15 minutes,without any explanation,this was no respect ,no professionalism,no care nor consideration.
The staff we had to deal with were unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. What a disappointment ! We asked for a refund of the eye consultation but no answer from the clinic .

Viennent vous chercher direct a l'aéroport après la fatigue le voyage moi c'était le soir 19h. ils vous dépose direct en clinic font leurs radio et consultation rapide et là verdict vos dents sont pas bonne pour changer les couronnes ou poser des facettes !On vous propose alors un nouveau traitement ! Pour vendre soit les implants all on 6 bas et haut on arrache toutes vos dents c'est mieux! 😒ou si vous êtes la pour des facettes ca seras dents de requin bien limer pour vendre des couronnes !! qui double le prix c'est de l'escroquerie! Tellement violent mon arrivée!😳ils m'ont mis la pression pour que j accepte et paye de suite en cash ! Cb et autres ils aiment pas! J ai payer 4000 euros en cash le soir , la nuit j ai réfléchit je voulais pas arracher toutes mes dents le lendemain matin soit 12h après je me suis rétracté annuler tous soin avec eux ! Demande un remboursement ils m'ont remboursé seulement 2000 sur 4000 euros! Ils m'ont dit de partir de leurs hôtels réserver 😳Ils m'ont volé 2000 euros soit disant frais transfert consultation 400 euros 1 nuit hôtel 200 euros ect... sur facturation! Dieu merci ils ont pas toucher à mes dents! Beaucoup de patients repartent en souffrance avec des soins catastrophiques très peu de bon dentistes à Istanbul tous jeune diplômé ou pas sans expérience attention ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️ réfléchir fort avant de payer ne signer rien!!Vous avez le temps d'abandonner même si vous êtes sur place !!pas grave mieux que d'être engagé avec eux! Ils vous rendront jamais l'argent ! Escroqueriez en bande organisée !!!
