Faccio questa recensione perché mi sono trovato molto bene preso Natural clinic . È stato una esperienza molto bella. Ho fatto un trapianto di capelli e mi sono sentito molto bene , il medico era molto professionale anche tutto il suo staff. Devo ringraziare moltissimo anche Paulo il mio interprete che mi ha reso questo viaggio molto più facile di quello che avevo immaginato, un ragazzo molto bravo sempre disponibile per qualsiasi mia domanda e sempre pronto a rispondere tutte le mie domande. Il viaggio è stato molto bello, mi hanno accolto in un albergo a 5 stelle. Avevo in disposizione gli autisti che mi prendevano e portavano in clinica e poi viceversa. Una esperienza molto bella e da consigliare a tutti quelli che vogliono fare un trapianto di capelli.

Da aeroporto transfer ha portato in clinica dove ho incontrato dottore e consulenza e affermazioni di intervento. Assistente sempre vicino con perfetta traduzione . La clinica dispone di tutto necessario per effettuare qualsiasi intervento. Le stanze per post intervento pulite accoglienti con assistenza h24 . Ringrazio speciale a traditrice e assistente Yuliana 😁

À fuire arnaque!!! J’ai eu mon devis en ligne 2 mois avant de m’y rendre sur place une fois sur place mon devis n’était plus le même alors que j’avais bien préciser qu’il ne me compte la total dans le devis comme ça j’ai pas de surprise sur place ce que je redoutais le plus est arriver ils m’ont ajouter 2000€ au devis et du coup le vol et l’hôtel n’étais plus à leurs frais comme convenue avant que je coupe mon billet d’avion!!! Ils pensaient que j’allais accepter tout de même vu que j’étais sur place sauf que pas du tout j’avais un plan B dans une autre clinique qui est Dentakay on dirait que j’avais senti la catastrophe arriver. L’équipe a été très hautaine avec nous et impoli nous sommes venu à 3 pour réparer nos dents ils sont passer a coter de 18 000€!!! Ils vous vendes du rêves au téléphones avec leurs consultants à 2 balles et une fois sur place rien qui n’est respecter!!! Ce n’est pas de mes principes et de mon éducation de salir qui que ce soit mais si je peux vous donner un conseil fuyez la clinique Natural clinique!!! Je ne fais pas de pub pour Dentakay mais je vous assure que tout c’est super bien passer avec eux aucune erreur de leurs part et tout a été respecter du début à la fin voilà ce qu’on appel du professionnalisme

Il y a plus d'un mois j'ai voulu profiter d'une offre intéressante pour une greffe de cheveux. La commerciale sur WhatsApp m'a fait payer vite et surtout la totalité de la prestation pour bloquer le tarif (1300 euros) Trop vite, car au bout de trois jours je décide finalement de me rétracter. Depuis impossible de récupérer mon argent alors que les conditions de vente stipulent que vous serez remboursé si vous vous rétracter sous 14 jours. Évidemment comme j'ai émis mon souhait de me rétracter la commercial m'informe que je ne peux pas avoir de facture.. donc aucune preuve d'achat. Impossible également d'avoir la clinique au téléphone (sonne dans le vide), j'ai du envoyer 10 mails sur l'adresse mail indiquée en réponse automatique au commentaires je n'ai jamais reçu AUCUNE réponse. Quant à la commerciale elle refuse de me donner les coordonnées du service responsable je n'ai donc qu'elle comme interlocutrice et sa seule réponse est que je doit attendre.

Réfléchissez bien avant de leur confier votre argent, moi je regrette amèrement

Just remember if something goes wrong like in my case, they will just ask you to come back and you will have spend money on plane tickets, hotel and everything that goes with it. Not to mention time from work which you could have spent on holiday somewhere else. There’s also no guarantee that the second trip will solve the issues. These people act like they care but they don’t. Luring you in with words ‘God bless you’ and ‘pray for us’.I am suffering with throbbing pain from bottom front tooth that is standing outwards like horse teeth while the rest of teeth are inwards. After brushing I have to push it inwards because it feels like the crowns are pushing my natural teeth forward which is painful. One side of teeth bigger than others. There’s a clicking sound after every brush. Alignment was done in less then 5 minutes. While you are under painkillers and anaesthesia you don’t know whether the pain is temporary or permanent damage that will last after you return home. My bottom gums were throbbing of the pain and I now know why because lower teeth improper size, fit and positioned but while you are there you won’t know until you realise you have to take painkillers every day. I asked for fillings of two teeth only got one filling. Now i still have a tooth with a hole in because the dentist thought it was not necessary. I also had to asked whether I needed root canal until later he had to admit I needed one. 24 Crowns put in as pair of two’s. Now i can only floss certain teeth which feels annoying and uncomfortable. Food keeps getting stuck in between so you constantly have to use toothpicks after eat. I have to use a baby toothbrush and brush every second day and drink tea and liquid that stains with a straw because teeth doesn’t have protection glaze and stains immediately after a cup of tea. I have to use teeth whitening toothpaste on new crowns which burns the side of my mouth because of the bleach. It looks nice in pictures but with the naked eye you can see the yellow glaze that was painted over top layer of teeth and grey cement shines through making it look like your gums or or teeth are death or dying. I have to go see a specialist now to fix it. Be warned. They have different dentist and it seems like the owners pick their clients according to looks and others get sent to the unprofessional dentists that’s why you will see on instagram the perfect teeth are those done by the owners. Mind you, you cannot pick your dentist while there.Be warned.

This company did my teeth I wrote a 5 star review before but now I'm updating the review I would not recommend this company to anyone please be careful .. when I got back to England my teeth started chipping I advised them they told me to travel back and they said they'd sort it out but I had to pay for all expenses for travel and hotel .. and when I got there they told me I need to pay another £1000 I was upset about this as on my first visit £5500 then I had to pay again they did my teeth again I went back to UK and my teeth started getting loose and eventually fell out .. I've sent multiple messages to them explaining the situation .. they've been totally ignoring me ... I had no choice but to travel back to Turkey and get my teeth again by a very reputable company and had to pay £5000 again but it is worth it as my teeth look amazing now ..please beware they take your money once they've got your money there's no after care a complete waste of my time and money

Be careful whit this company! I payed 1000 euro as deposit for one surgery I planned , after few hours I find out about that huge earthquake will hit Istanbul! They declined to refund my deposit back! However I tried to give the 1000 euro for my sister or brother-en- law but they declined! I asked for hair implant for a very small area , they asked me 3300 euro for actually nothing! I have asked price the surgery list and prices and that assistant continuously making fun of me indirectly, refusing to do her actual job! Very rude and abusive company! Hopefully I can go in court whit this company! Not recommend !!!

Bonne expérience globale.
Ma situation était assez particulière parce que mon interlocuteur Mokhtar DANTÉZ, a récupérer mon dossier après que son prédécesseur ai démissionner mais a tout fait pour que ça se passe dans les meilleurs conditions possibles. Très satisfait de l’équipe médicale qui malgré la barrière de la langue a su être à l’écoute et très explicite.

The doctors is great and well educated but the sellers. The damn sellers. They are like casino machines, they just want to EAT every dollar you have. They are awful and rude and lies about the prices and doesn’t go thru every detail. For me who’s having a surgery, I would like to know everything - of course! But for them!? They saw me as an annoying and insecure person. They didn’t have a proper consultation that’s why I had all these question. I paid 1000 euro before I arrived and they told me I wouldn’t get them back if I didn’t have the surgery. Even tho I was so scared I still did the operation. And after that? NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. One of them blocked me and the other one stopped answering. The aftercare is everything for someone who travel to their damn clinic. GAH. You should be careful. Careful. Choose wisely. I won’t go back.

Vom Anfang bis zum Ende wurde ich gut beraten der OP lief schmerzlos ich bin sehr zufrieden. Mir wurden auch mehr grefts gepflanzt als erwartet wurden. Vielen Dank an Frau Sultan und ihr Team besonders an Herr Fatih für alle Dinge.

Buenos días, era de entender que viajar a un país distinto al mio da mucho miedo y más para una intervención quirúrgica.
Pues he de decir que desde el minuto uno me sentí muy acogida y sobre todo me transmitieron mucha tranquilidad.
Agradecida con Mi ascesor traductor DANTEZ MOUKHTAR KOTOB, que en todo momento junto a su compañera Jessy me ayudaron en todo Proceso he vuelto con un sueño cumplido y muy renovada.

Please be warned not to go to this circus full of clowns to do your operation. They have no conscience, experience or skills, and they have no idea what the hell they are doing!!! They are horrible, horrible primitive creatures that are out for money and don't care whether they disfigure you or ruin your life for money... I don't know what to say but for love for yourself and your family do not attempt to go to the pit of hell. Honestly, I detest and hate these creatures for what they have done to me and other individuals. They are the best butchers and scammers in the world!!!! Haram place! I was happy about planning a surgery with a happy and positive girl named Liza Rayane. She made me feel safe and welcome. I came from Sweden and went to the clinic very excited. Unfortunately there was some misunderstanding when planning but they were quick with fixing it the best they could. I did the operation with chin implants and fat injection for the jawline and I’m happy I had her with me the whole time. She is friendly and exactly what you need when doing such a big thing for yourself. Even if I came alone I would have felt safe with Liza. Thanks to the clinic I have a great jawline and chin. I recommend this clinic and Liza very much. Thanks!
