If you want the worst possible hair transplant in turkey. This is the place to go. This is what it looks like 3 years after. Not from one surgery. But 3!! They are absolutely good for nothing. Been waiting for now 6 months for actual news from them. They will comment on this post like they actually take this seriously. But has done absolutely nothing about it to fix it. They are liar, thief. They promises a doctor doing the surgery but it’s a barely legal “nurses” . I have to resort to LAWYERS to get them to help. Which i am now suing them . Do yourself a favour. Go somewhere else

Buenas tardes soy Rómulo Chauca español fui atendido en la clínica turkeyana del día 10 de enero al 18 de enero del 2026 el odontólogo que me atendió fuel el Sr hasan y la persona a quien pague en efectivo sin que me diera un recibo oficial por el coste de la prótesis fue a la directora Alev y elloss me recogieron del Aero puerto me realizaron la reserva del hotel edition ríos hotel la persona que realizó la reserva fue una persona de la clinica no se pueden negar incluso tengo un paciente español de nombre Rafa puede testificar tengo fotografías en la clínica tengo los sellos de entrada y salida de estabul en el pasaporte no quieren reconocer un error que tuvieron con colocar los tornillos cortos que a los 17 días se me cayó tuve que ir donde un odontólogo en Madrid España que dice la planificación de mi prótesis no estaba bien y los tornillos son cortos lo cual fue comunicado a la señora Directora y al odontólogo quien asume que fue por los tornillos cortos aprendan a reconocer vuestros errores no traten de esta manera a las personas que vamos a realizarnos los tratamientos a vuestra clínica yo no soy el primero el recibir este abuso de ser enviado con una prótesis mal sujetada a sabiendas que soy un paciente internacional que pasa en Estambul los dueños de clínicas dentales solo les gusta recibir los euros y luego nos dejan tirados y no contentos quieren negar que estuve halli vaya por Dios que gran abuso para los pacientes que vamos a este país espero las personas que deseen ir valoren los contras no se vayan solo por el precio busquen calidad y seguridad ya que en esta clínica de ellos no se puede hablar me dan un correo electrónico para escribir customer-care turkeyanaclinic.com para que no funciona

I had a hair transplant in December, so this review is not about the result, but about Turkeyanas service.

First of all, they lie to you. During the consultation over WhatsApp they sent me a photo promising a pain free anaesthesia injection. On the day of the operation they told me that this is wrong information and that there will be pain. It was immense pain and I must assume that not only I felt it this way, since the person in the room next to me also screamed their lungs out during the anaesthesia injections. They did apologise and tried to make it as painless as possible, which i appreciate, but it is rather unprofessional nonetheless.
They give you wrong information. The links they send you contain wrong or not all of the necessary information. For example, they send you a list of what not to do before the operation. This list contains smoking, drinking coffee and about ten other things. Since there was no mention of drinking alcohol, I had a glass of wine with dinner on the day before the operation, which apparentely was a huge problem. First they tried to frame it as my fault, claiming that I should have asked them. Which is ridiculous, if they send you a list of things not to do, you would assume that this list is complete. It did result in me having to do the procedure over two days, which meant having to go through the immensely painful injections twice.
Their level of english is questionable. They do claim to have professional translators, but they really do not. Half of the time you have the feeling that the people you talk to on WhatsApp do not understand what you are saying. And the other half it seems as if they do not know what they are saying. For example they send you a video which advises you to "gently rub your scalp", when I told the person on WhatsApp that i gently rubbed my scalp he answered "DO NOT RUB! you need to massage". When I told him that the video said to do this and what, according to him, the difference between gentle rubbing and massaging was, he did not answer me for a couple days and then wrote to do it like the video.
Their drivers were late everytime but once. I complained before that one time and the driver arrived ten minutes early, but the next time he was late again. So since they can be on time, I must assume its just lack of care.
The aftercare service is, frankly, a joke. They do promise to answer your questions for up to a year after the procedure. Waiting for an answer for about two days is the norm, I am currently waiting since a week. I texted two of their WhatsApp numbers and wrote an E-Mail, but so far nothing. This is, as so much else, false promises and lack of professionalism. This is what made me write this review, btw, so if you want a better one, keep your promises and answer my messages, Turkeyana :)
When you are there for your consultation they try to sell you things you did not want or asked for, but I expected this, it is Turkey, after all. When I was there the woman who translated for the doctor kept saying that i have "baby hair", when I finally asked her what she means after she said it three times, she immediately told me about some stem cell injections which would make my hair fuller and they can do right after the hair transplant. During the hair transplant you are in a small room with the door open and three people who, at least in my case, could not speak english. I told them to get the translator a couple times, but they either did not understand or did ignore me. They also wouldnt let me get up to use the toilet until I just got up and did it myself. This was, to be honest, a very demeaning moment. You are in pain on a table surrounded by people who do not understand you and who would not let you get up to use the toilet, although you keep telling them for an hour. They also kind of gently pressure you to give them a good review right after the operation, which, at least in my opinion, is also rather unprofessional.
So, all in all, it was very cheap, but I would gladly pay more to not be mistreated, lied to and have proper aftercare consultation.

Edit: They did not try to get in contact with me, as they claimed, so they are up to their usual lies :) And, funnily enough, they can't even spell their company name right.

This is my second visit to Turkeyana after my first hair transplant in 2020.
The experience was much much better than before. I liked the new facility and the new surgery protocol.
The team as usual gave me a 5 stars treatment and ensured smooth experience from the day I arrived to Istanbul to the follow ups after I traveled back home.
If you are looking for the best hair transplant experience Turkeyana is the answer.

Je tiens à remercier la clinique Turkeyana pour cette expérience.
J'ai vraiment tout apprécié, du début à la fin.
Le service et le personnel étaient très professionnels. La clinique était très propre et très bien organisée.
Le personnel était souriant et très serviable.

J'ai suivi deux traitements chez eux. Le premier était un traitement cosmétique appelé « hydro facial ». L'esthéticienne était très douce et sympathique. Le deuxième traitement était dentaire, et j'ai beaucoup aimé leur équipement, très propre et récent.

J'espère donc que tous les touristes ou toute personne souhaitant venir en Turquie pour des traitements esthétiques ou des transplantations .

n'hésiteront pas à choisir la clinique TURKEYANA ❤️.
