Native Smokes 4 Less Arvostelua

Fast delivery, quality product, good prices, excellent customer support. Nothing to complain about

I can not say enough good things about this company especially Nikki. They dealt with my order issue (which I caused and was no error of theirs) like real professionals. I value the help and the immediate attention they gave me to help me rectify my ordering problem. I highly recommend this company.

Fast, efficient, service on orders, and any interaction with staff has always been positive and helpful. Have been ordering for about a year, and will definitely be continuing into the future.

My order was short 3 cartons. I contacted customer support and a really nice lady named Nikki help solve the problem very fast and professionally.
Even though a error was made,I will still support this business.
Thanks again Nikki for solving the problem.

Great customer service! Happy to buy from you.

The only place I go to. Shipping is fast and they are always on top of any questions or concerns. I’ll be a customer for life with them

This is the best place to buy smokes! I love that they offer a wide variety of brands I especially like that they offer ultra lites. The prices are amazing. Quick the best part is The Staff, they are so kind and helpful. I would not buy from any where else. You wont go wrong ordering from Native Smokes!

I had been ordering from here for about a year with no problems until the last time I ordered. The email address for etransfer had changed. I placed an oprder for over $300 and it showed it as completed under my account with a tracking number. It's now been 5 days and Purolator shows only shipping label crearted. I have emailed but not received any response. So I am starting to get concerned about what has happened to my money

NS4L Fast shipping and Great Support!

I placed an order with NS4L on Monday. My order shipped out on Tuesday and was at my door by Wednesday. I received everything I ordered so no complaints there. Great communication and order updates from support. Highly recommend NS4L

I have been purchasing from this family owned company since March 2025 and have placed 5 orders since. Consistently good products! My last order had a manufacturing issue that was addressed immediately and replaced. My experience with Niimi as my customer service representative was personable, professional, and efficient. To achieve all three qualities in an online experience is quite admirable in this day and age! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Been ordering from here over a year and order often! Never a single issue, communication has been promt and friendly. I even get a gift every once in a while.
Niimi has been an absolute gem to talk to!

Great to deal with and fast service. Highly recommended

Created an account for the website before ordering but, my order was not linked to my existing account. Reached out to the support team and spoke with Nikki. She ensured my order made it out to me and received points for my order. She was kind, professional and quick to respond. Thanks again 🖤

NS4L goes above and beyond for their customers, I always have fast shipping and very detailed and polite email replies.
