Native Smokes 4 Less Arvostelua

Niimi from customer support was outstanding with helping me with my order making sure everything got processed properly as I was having issues. The quality and quantity of tobacco/nicotine products are remarkable and am so pleased with their fast delivery system!

Only issue I have is if they could find a better website portal or software or whatever as it can be slow at times but regardless it’s not a huge issue

I just wanted to send a huge thanks out to Nikki and everyone else at NS4L. Their delivery and communication are second to none. Thanks so much again from a returning customer!!

Expect slow deliveries even into major centers like Calgary, like 5 business days or more. $19 fee for delivery should get it quicker.

They would be a perfect group to deal with if they could resolve poor slow delivery issues.

Great service !
I'm a new customer here . I encountered a little problem with my last order . I wrote customer service and miss Niimi took real good care of me . Excellent service. The problem was solved immediately. She even took time to call me on the phone , to make sure everything was all right .
Delivery is always on time and the product is always great.
Thank you Native smokes 4 less and especially miss Niimi for your help .
I found my place and will be a faithful customer. Great company !

Very great service! Good job!!

The website is easy to use. I appreciate getting points and discounts, as well as the fast shipping, right to my door. There's, also, very fast response if I have any questions or concerns. Great job!

Very helpful with a mistake regarding shipping

I've had a couple orders that were no so great. But the company made it up to me. Highly recommend using this companies services

Absolute class. Had a great experience with Nikki from the customer experience side of things. I had paid for 4 tins but only 3 showed up in the order confirmation. I reached out to the team and they got back to me in a couple hours and escalated it as soon as possible, couple days later 4 tins and a couple extras as a courtesy showed up on my door step. Great to support a local Canadian family business and would definitely buy again and tell others I know to do the same. Thanks guys.

I like the option of having packages delivered to my door. Any issues are quickly resolved, just email with honest concerns & pictures are always helpful. Great customer service

I received the wrong order and when I contacted the company without hesitation they replaced my order immediately. They truly care about their customers and the service they provide. Loyal customer forever. I will recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Nativesmokes4less and Nikki in customer support.

Very impressed by the quality, top shelf, the prices are absolutely fantastic. And some of the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced.

Amazing staff to converse with, addressed my issue quickly, seamlessly, and respectfully. Thank you.

Always a great experience. Nikki was very helpful, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make things right and ensure everything was handled properly. Communication was clear the whole way through, and the follow-up was appreciated. Would absolutely order again.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this team. Finding a reliable spot for both tobacco and tobacco-free products is one thing, but finding a company that actually cares about its customers is another.
Their pricing is more than fair, and the shipping speed is just outrageous—I don’t know how they get orders out that fast, but I’m not complaining!
What really blew me away, though, was the communication. I made a mistake on my last order, and instead of it just getting lost in the shuffle, I received four emails in a single day from their team. They were uncompromisingly attentive, making sure everything was corrected and exactly how I needed it.
I’m beyond happy with the experience. If you’re looking for a company that is professional, lightning-fast, and actually has your back, look no further. I’d recommend them without hesitation!

I was sent the wrong order for the 1st time ever in doing business with this company and they quickly replied and made right 5 stars and I highly recommend them

Ordered from them many times and always had a great experience. Excellent service, fast delivery, and very responsive customer service whenever I needed help.

Great customer service. I had an issue and they took care of it right away. I was sceptical to but smokes online but this guys are 100% legit.

After placing my order i didnt get a confirmation email so I reached out, within hours on the weekend I got an email back and they got it all sorted and got my order rolling again. Super happy with the friendly service, cant wait to receive my order

There was some sort of a delay in me getting a confirmation that my order had shipped, and I sent an email explaining the situation, and it was remedied immediately,,and by multiple people too I might add,so customers mean alot to them,,,,this is outstanding. Regards,,,Bruce.
