Checked here on trust pilot before ordering from their site. Ordering was very easy. Smokes came within 5 days, they are in B.C, I'm here in Ontario. Great delivery service they use as well. Everything that was ordered had arrived, AND, they included a few product samples as well, which was a very nice touch. I definitely recommend them, and will be ordering from them again as well.

I have ordered from them numerous times. But beware! The last order I only recieved half of it. The only way to get in contact is through email, they've always been quick to reply except this time. Convenient that they don't respond when they shorted me. They've basically stolen money.

Used a referral email, didn't get the credit. Knew there was a charge for using credit card, so used etransfer. Guess what, charge for etransfer as well. To top it off, almost 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order. Used the online chat, nothing but excuses. Told me to contact by email. Did that, finally got an answer after 3 emails. Two weeks is standard. I think not. Probably won't be ordering again. Got the referral from my ex, he'll definitely be getting an earful.

shipping was good, packaged well so not to damage any of the cartons. i am happy that i found my BB Lights again. these guys are one of the best online smoke shops that I've used. prices are pretty good as well. get an extra 10% off for signing up. oh, and my smokes were FRESH.

I gave a five star review as any issues I had with my order were not that of the company. I usually get putters and playfare smokes which I did but decided to try Canadian Goose. They taste good but quality sucks. Out of a package I was getting around 5 smokes without enough tobacco. Sometimes only half full. Also my free gift of a lamp doesn’t work. Overall very pleased.

When I first got my package I opened it up and realized the packaging is different from the older ones I was getting and recently got one somewhere else that look like this new package so I thought they were going to be the same disgusting ones but they're not. They emailed me and told me the packaging can vary so I decided to open it up and sure enough the smokes inside taste great. The tobacco isn't falling out of them and doesn't taste like burnt dirt.

Should also mention that I ordered them late afternoon on Thursday and had them here on Monday. Will be ordering here again for sure.
