I ordered a $55 fitness tracker that’s about $20 on amazon. No charger and the charging port broke almost immediately. No refunds after 30 days. I threw it away. Items they sell are often very cheap quality, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Order was received in a flimsy damaged box with a tear and hole that obviously, either 90% of the contents fell out, or was pulled out during transit. NationsBenefits declined to reship the contents since the box weight at shipment was correct. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend this company; wouldn't use them if it wasn't for our health insurance using them as a supplier.

The CSRs kept me on the phone for over half an hours and did.nothing to help
I will change companies from Aetna asap their benefits card and it's use are near fraudulent. I am disappointed.

I filed a complaint with NC DoJ Consumer Division online this morning.

App not working. Problems buying items that were previously covered. Below average performance. Disappointed that Geisinger Health Care uses this company.

First order rock hard inedible fruit second order rotten vegetables wouldn’t have even order if it hadn’t been that it was a benefit with my Medicare insurance.

It’s absolutely ridiculous.

1. The items online are way overpriced.
Ashwagandha through the program is $27
I can go to Walmart and pick it up for $12
Everything is overpriced.

2. Takes weeks on end to receive the items.

3. So if you get $100 quarterly - you may be lucky to get 4 items at these prices.

What about allowing us to get items we need at normal pricing.

This is suppose to be a benefit that helps us.

My last order was a few months ago.

I refuse to order further.

Talk about embarrassment went through the cashier line just to find out there is certain items that I could not have so I had to give them back it's funny they're all about nutrition what pissed me off the most is I could not have coffee but it was okay for me to buy soda which makes me an unhappy camper. They found one thing to con me out of my old insurance and I took the bait I'm going back to my old insurance because they never gave me one problem whatsoever..

I have been waiting since March of 2023 to get a reimbursement check for $440. They claim to have issue a check multiple times, but I have yet to see one in my mailbox. I have spoken to multiple support staff to avail. They all give the same apology and proceed to reissue the check. I have filed grievances with NB and Anthem to no avail. This company has a serious management malfunction and should not be allowed to practice business in this country. I have more to say, but the language required to express my anger would not be appropriate for innocent ears!

I believe this company is a scam and BCBSRI should find an honest reliable OTC that actually works for its members. My reasoning: 1. The Flex Benefits Card and it’s OTC BENEFITS PRO app do not align. Making purchases which the app indicates as ‘eligible’ is not the case when one uses the Flex Benefits Card at the register— I have purchased eligible OTC items only to be informed that the card didn’t work sooo…I paid our of pocket. I contacted Nations, spoke to a nice person who helped me complete a reimbursement form and I was told tha a check would arrive in 30days. The reimbursement was approved on May 8.
I was informed of this in mid June when I inquired about my reimbursement. Here it is July 10 (2 months-60 days later) and no one from Nations can tell me what has happened to the check…it “ must be in the mail…” somewhere between Florida and RI. I was informed today July10 that the check will arrive in 30 —- working days…meanwhile I have spent hours in the past and today chasing this check which…the Nations Pro App and the Flex Benefit Card could have taken care of if everything worked as expected. For years since BCBSRI has used Nations this has been a problem. One would assume that the ‘glitches’ would be worked out by now. BCBSRI!!! Your clients time and money is valuable. Wake up and do something about Nations.

I would give them a -0- if possible. I wasted 2 1/2 hrs of my day trying [unsuccessfully] to install app on my phone. I never would receive a code to verify my email. And, after calling tech support, I was told that since I had tried more than twice - I have to wait until tomorrow to try & install app again. NOT WORTH MY TIME.

Today I shopped at Kroger with $75 balance on my OTC card. I had vitamins, supplements, mouthwash, wipes, toothbrush, and cough syrup. The total order was $67.52. All items were OTC items. The card paid only $25.07 of the total order, and declined the rest. When I arrived home, I checked my available balance, and found it was $124.93.
My account shows an additional $75.00 was loaded on 6/22/24 for healthy food,utilities, mortgage, rent, transportation, and OTC items. I got no notice of the additional $75.00 loaded on 6/22/24. That $75.00 expires today 6/30/24. Only 8 days from loaded until it expires!! WTH!!! Nations Benefits is a terrible company, and I will never sign with any Medicare provider who uses their network again!! Medicare should boot Nations Benefits from their programs.
They intentionally make it hard to use OTC at stores.
Update: 7/1/24 I did go online and spend the money, on their way overpriced merchandise, and was able to use the $75.00 loaded on 6/22/24 on my utility bill, so nothing lost. Just major frustration.

Nations Benefits rates # 1 on VERY VERY POOR Customer Service.

Total Scam, and very poor customer service. Food and health item prices are a scam, prices are more than double what it would be anywhere else, and the brands are unknown. No one will take their card, gym memberships are all but impossible to get reimbursed, and if they do reimburse you it takes months to get the reimbursement. Wellness Your Way is impossible to use, I tried to get golf passes, and the card was denied. They should provide information on how and for what you can use your cards. I suspect they make it impossible to use, because the get a percentage of whatever we don't use. I hate this company. Select Health did us a disservice by using this company.

The company that they used before was much better. They say youll get items in 3 days. I called for the last 2 months and no ticket had been made up for my items to be shipped. They have sent me substitutes for items which is fine but also have sent me items I didn't request which probably weren't selling and they wanted to get rid of them. they need to revamp the whole system for seniors and disabled because they clearly dont care about us. I got better service when I could order from Walmart online but they also didnt have a large number of items that were covered. they should train their people better and get rid of those employees who clearly dont care or know how to perform their job. Items were smashed such as milk etc.

Totally ripoff from these people. First you get your data hijacked from them and then they hand out cards that are supposed to benefit from for food and otc items. They say we don’t charge shipping, well a can of apricots is $4 so there’s double the actual price to pay shipping and their stockholders and CEO. It’s a scam they’re running and unacceptable. They send you packages that are ripped open, leaking or even forget to send it all but list that they did. Someone needs to put them out of business. As soon as I saw that they were located in Florida, it all made sense that their operation was corrupt. Aetna needs to go back to CVS. I will be recruiting all those who are being lied to by Aetna nations benefits to contact BBB and their state representatives and congressional representatives to inform them of this scam.

They absolutely suck compared to the old company BCBS got rid of. You can only order online from thier choice of products & stuff I need like Cortozone 10 they don't even have. WAY OVERPRICED an XL heating pad that would cost me $21.00 on Amazon would cost me over $40 on thier site. And currently being home bound & going in for major surgery going walking around a store is litterly impossible for me at this time.

I was shorted an item that cost $47.50 of my benefit. It was included on the packing slip but was not in the box. In fact, the box had several large items in it and was packed full and there would have been no room in the box for the missing item as it was also large. When I called to inquire about the missing item, I was first told that my account said that 2 boxes had been delivered. No, that was a lie. I only received one box, and that box did not say it was 1 of 2. Then she put me on a long hold, came back and then put me on another long hold. When she finally came back on the line, she said she had been authorized to resend the item (even though it had never been sent in the first place), and to check my account online for the tracking number. I got on my account only to see that the reshipment had been declined and to call them back for further details. I did and it was an utter waste of time. I was told that they declined the shipment because the weight of the box was what it was supposed to be. Huh? What a scam. How do I know my item was even in the box when they weighed it???
They basically are telling me I'm a liar and trying to get a free item from them without saying it in those words. They told me there was nothing they could do, that was the final decision. I asked to speak to a manager, got put on a lengthy hold, came back and told me it was going to be a 7 minute hold for the supervisor to take my call, put me on another lengthy hold, came back and said it was still reflecting a 7 minute hold for speaking to a supervisor. She offered to take my number and call me back when the supervisor was available. Ha ha! That's one call I never expect to get. I will be surprised if I ever hear from her. She was very nice and pleasant, but they must sell their souls to the devil to work for such a horrible place. I don't appreciate any company intimating that I am a liar and the fact that a supervisor wasn't readily willing to speak with me to explain matters further and try to make the situation right is a poor reflection on nationsbenefits. Their upper management must really suck. I will be telling Florida Blue about the horrible company they have associated themselves with and how poorly they treat florida blue medicare members. I would give them zero stars if it were an option.

What a scam!!!! The so called food allowance is a complete joke. They say healthy foods, yet the catalog of food they list is mostly processed foods so high in sodium and so far from healthy. Online grocery shopping is NOT allowed. For those interested, United Healthcare has a good supplemental and they allow online groceries that you choose!

The OTC card is useless. Valid products such as toothpaste, vitamins, ring up as not eligible. They force you to use their online catalog, which is littered with a limited amount of over-priced, non-brandname products nobody would ever buy.
