Harmony Vance, NP. From PUSH Health stopped communicating with me and discharged me as her patient because I complained that she switched my GLP medication without my consultation first and then the following month tried to charge me for a double prescription. As soon as I indicated I was concerned about her practices, I was told that I was no longer connected to a clinician and I no longer had access to my PUSH account.

Trying to get a refill for a gout medication. The standard dose is widely stated as 2 x 500mg by multiple sources online - and is what my previous Dr. prescribed. The Push Health guy (Patrick Curry, ARNP-BC, not a doctor) states this is a high dose for Probenecid and needs to see a pic of my prescription bottle to verify. OK, I send it and he comes back saying it was last filled in February when it states clearly in the picture it was filled in May (as if that matters, like I'm trying to trick him into prescribing a narcotic or something). How is it that this guy can't do a 30 second search to verify normal Probenecid dosage for gout, or actually read the label I sent him a picture of, or perhaps contact my previous Dr., who I gave contact info for?? Bottom line, I got charged $70 and didn't get a prescription. What a joke - avoid this company and Patrick Curry, ARNP-BC.

I am happy with the service here, I have not had any negative issues yet, and everything is fine in my opinion of using this service for concierge. The price is fair as well.

Terrible if you actually need your RX. I paid Saturday after the flawless signup experience implied I would actually be served on Saturday. Now it is Tuesday and not a single acknowledgement from the "assigned" doctor. This is irresponsible and I will be forced to do a chargeback today and use a competant alternative service, as there are quite a few alternatives to shoose from.

I had a great experience using Push Health. It took 10 minutes to fill out my account info. And it took a day and my prescription was sent to Walgreens pharmacy. No problems at all. Fast and easy I was shocked because nothing is easy anymore.

We have used the telemedicine services of Dr Nhan,Do on several occasions. Quick access to meds for the onset of an ailment like the flu is critical for an elder like me at 86 years old, possibly saving severe consequences from a weekend wait. Dr Do is highly recommended.

Dr. Conner was great. Interested in my issue and made recommendations and prescribed medication.

This company and their app is a joke. Communication between them and the doctor is almost nearly impossible. Good luck trying to get anybody from push health on a phone. I called over 20 times in two days to get somebody on the phone to help fix the prescription problem they caused. And no one would answer the phone. It just kept going to a voicemail. It truly led me to believe that this was a scam.
