Great company to work with

Great company to work with, Was able to help me start the entire process and fast . I'm very happy with Evan and Anna to have guide me through the entire process. Now I'm up and running with my company credit card processing needs.

Amazing customer service!!!

Amazing customer service!!!! I appreciate how quick and easy the process was and to get approval! Greg Thayer was friendly and knowledgeable! He was quick and I appreciate his professionalism. Jodie Kitain was also very professional and answered my questions. I am so happy I chose National Bankcard Inc. for my business.

I received a call from customer service…

I received a call from customer service asking about my bad review I had written. To help me with a problem I had 4 days ago when I couldn't get any help.So I asked to close my account. And she was willing to help me close it but in the same breath offered to waive any monthly fees accumulated if I wrote a good review on her calling trying to help 4 days later. I think it's a bunch of different companies that's not on the same page trying to scam your business out of money. Beware: take your time and check out the Fees and interest rates they so call passing onto the customer. And hold your hard earned money for 48 to72 hours and even longer if it falls on the weekend . Just Beware...read more reviews I should have!!
