I had a great experience with the…

I had a great experience with the representatives who helped me set up my National Bankcard account and POS system. They were professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood how my new system works. The setup process was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated the customer service I received. I’m looking forward to using my new POS system for my business!

Very Bad Experience

Very Bad Experience. Even after I canceled my merchant account. National Bank is still charging me monthly charges of $39.00 without my consent.

I had a problem logging in and getting…

I had a problem logging in and getting an activation code to create an account and I called and they directly gave me the tier 2 tech-support as the tier one lady that’s the one that answers the phone first didn’t know what to do, but tier to handle it with great speed the whole problem lasted 30 minutes no big deal

Great company to work with

Great company to work with, Was able to help me start the entire process and fast . I'm very happy with Evan and Anna to have guide me through the entire process. Now I'm up and running with my company credit card processing needs.
